GBPoor customer service and inaccurate information. Communication with the company regarding our trip cancelation was poor. We were initially sent an email that said we would not be refunded our trip. Months later we were issued a credit. When booking our new dates we were told we could change our trip if necessary due to all that was going on. When I found better prices and wanted to change based on their guidelines I was ignored by their support team and given the run around.

GBThe Crown Plaza Memphis had bed bugs… The Crown Plaza Memphis had bed bugs and algae in the pool. In addition to this, upon checking in they asked for my credit card for incidentals (after I had already prepaid via a third party travel booking site.) They then proceeded to charge me $50 extra in incidentals and for another night. In total, I stayed 1 bed bug filled night and was charged for 3 nights, plus $50. Run! Do not stay here unless you enjoy what we went through.

GBStay away from them at all costs Stay away from them at all costs. They take your money and then you’ll never hear from them again. There’s no way to speak with them only a messaging system. I’ve sent 10+ messages over 2 months and yet to get a response. I tested positive for Covid days before our trip and despite the hotel telling me their will be no cancellation charge on their end , Lovevacations took our money with no option to reschedule or anything. $700 wasted. Thanks Lovevacations!

GBThis is a scam! This is a scam!! We booked a week vacation in Mexico and couldn't go due to the Covid pandemic. They had on the website that they would give refunds if you wasn't aloud to travel due to covid but the said our vacation was non refundable. My husband called the resort and they didn't have a booking for us! Don't use this vacation site unless you want to loose your money.

GBEverything ended up very well Everything ended up very well. All reservations worked perfectly ! The only thing we think could have been better is that our reservation was for one hotel that was actually closed, but they moved us to another of the same level from the same chain of hotels, but nobody told us that before hand so we were in the dark as of where were we going to stay. When we tried to reach out to Love Vacations, they sent a text saying that everything was OK but they never explained how the situation was going to be solved. Fortunately, the guys from the transportation to the hotel new that guests from the first hotel were being taken in the other hotel.
