GBWorst hotel company I have ever had the… Worst hotel company I have ever had the displeasure of staying at, absolutely filthy rooms, worst customer service ever, staff are very ignorant and rude, the entire hotel smells terrible, the walls and carpets are covered in filth, bedsheets weren't washed, the windows were broken, someone's van was stolen from the from the supposedly secure car park and the staff didn't care because it's likely they were.involved, other review sites show more than 20 vans have been stolen from their car park in the last 5 years which is very suspect, quite obvious the staff were involved.

GBMy stay at this Comfort Inn was the BEST My stay at the Comfort Inn in Louisville, KY was the BEST ever...anywhere. The staff were amazing!!! I was not in the best of moods when I arrived but that all changes within 30 minutes after arriving. I was tired and took that out on some of the BEST people I had ever encountered at any hotel. They offer a fantastic room with very comfortable beds with clean and well stocked rooms. It was very quiet in the room also. The General Manager, Michelle, made the stay unforgettable. She was very, very hospitable and did an excellent job of providing the BEST atmosphere for all that stayed here. This hotel will be one I return to in the future.

GBNot only are their hotels quite dismal, the staff is rude Not only are their hotels quite dismal, but the people who are employed by them are just downright nasty. I have stayed at this particular hotel several times since it is near a relative's home. I was asked to leave feedback and when I gave my honest opinion, I was told it wasn't up to their standards! Lol, well neither are their hotels. Be discerning folks and choose another brand. There are many hotels out there who will be glad to accommodate you, and TREAT you with RESPECT. I will pay more in the future to get respectful treatment.

GBDeceptive advertisements I have been a customer for many years but never applied for their Choice Privileges Master Card (Wells Fargo). There was a advertisement incentive to apply for the card to get $100 back while I was doing the current reservation. That did not happen. I finally got the email confirmation 3 days later after I called them. The card would not arrive via mail before my weekend stay so I won't get credit for the stay because I won't have the CC to use it during check in. The suggested advertisement seemed to make you think you was going to get the $100 credit on the current reservation you are making. I reserved the room with another CC and called them to try to get the CC information so I can use it when I check in but they couldn't provide that on the phone call.
