IEFew very bad experiences over the years I'm really sick of dealing with them. They have cancelled so many flights over the past few years and they don't even bother to notify you of this. Totally unreliable and extremely unprofessional. Just a terrible company to deal with, I hope I will not be doing the same in the future and would not recommend anyone to even try it.

GBWorst airline ever!! Went on a business trip via Croatia airlines. My case came through cracked and open, when seeking for compensation or abit of acknowledgment - nothing! Very unhelpful and no service at the airport. Wrote an email with images, reply was it’s not our fault! Any other airline would be more sympathetic and apologetic. But nothing. Definitely will not be using this airline again for lack of service! Stay away.

HRAmazing experience I often fly with Croatia Airlines and always have a positive experience. They easily change the flights with little additional costs. Why I wanted to write a review now is because this was my first time flying with a dog. Many of the airlines don’t even offer the possibility to take your small dog with you, and CA made me feel like he was as important as me. The staff both at the airport and the plane was super nice to us, even changed our seats once we were in the air so we can both have more space, sit alone and not under the seat. I highly recommend them!

DKLost luggage and no refund We booked our flights for a lot of money with Lufthansa but then the flight was unfortunately operated by Croatian Airlines. They lost our luggage on the trip and only returned it 45 days later. This also implied that we did not have any of our personal belongings on our 10 day vacation. They told us we can buy clothes and other necessary items and they would refund it. We have been requesting the refund in September and have been IGNORED until now. Incredible bad customer service. They owe us 800€ and simply decide to ignore the request!

GBWe have reached out to cancel the four… We have reached out to cancel the four reservations we have for this week and next, and they are not allowing us to cancel. Given the quarantines, we would have to fly there, sit in a hotel room for two weeks, and fly back. That doesn't work for us. I'm disappointed they aren't allowing a cancellation, only a rebooking without fee. This is not an option at this time, as we have no idea if/when we can return given all the unknown variables. Please consider allowing us to cancel for a refund.
