IEFew very bad experiences over the years I'm really sick of dealing with them. They have cancelled so many flights over the past few years and they don't even bother to notify you of this. Totally unreliable and extremely unprofessional. Just a terrible company to deal with, I hope I will not be doing the same in the future and would not recommend anyone to even try it.

HRAmazing experience I often fly with Croatia Airlines and always have a positive experience. They easily change the flights with little additional costs. Why I wanted to write a review now is because this was my first time flying with a dog. Many of the airlines don’t even offer the possibility to take your small dog with you, and CA made me feel like he was as important as me. The staff both at the airport and the plane was super nice to us, even changed our seats once we were in the air so we can both have more space, sit alone and not under the seat. I highly recommend them!

CHNie wieder, kein support Never again! I got sick and with confirmation of my treating doctor, wrote many emails a week before the flight to croatian and didnt get a reply or just some copy-paste answers. When I called them they were not really intrested in my issue and just said they would cancel my ticket so they can sell it again without any refund or compensation. even though croatia is supposed to be in the EU, don‘t expect them to follow the rules. Never again with this ‚airlines‘

GBNo food and drink service I give them 2* as the 2 hour flight from London Heathrow to Split was ok, nice cabin crew and apart from the free cup of water and tiny bag of crunchy snacks there was a full drinks service (tea, coffee, alcoholic and non alcoholic) and snacks available for purchase. But on flight back to London yesterday (2 1/2 hours so plenty of time) we got the free water/snack early in the flight but no drink or food service whatsoever, unbelievable! I’m sure most of the passengers on this full flight would have appreciated the option to buy a drink or something to eat! I was seated at the rear of the plane and the 2 cabin staff members were just twiddling their thumbs! At the end of the flight I voiced my opinion rather loudly (which didn’t go down well with some nearby passengers but I’m sure I was saying out loud what most other people were thinking! Even the UK low cost airlines all provide a full food drinks/food service, so come on Croatia airlines this is not good enough 😡

AUAbsolutely Disgusted I was disgusted to find out that my travel agents request for refund on our behalf for flights on the 23 & 27th August 2020 is unlikely to be paid until December. This disgusting airline demand our money up front before tickets can be issued but can stall us on refunds for as long as they choose. I would never book another flight with Croatia Air in my lifetime. This airline is a member of star alliance. What a joke.
