DEI can’t believe they can come through… I can’t believe they can come through with this kind of unethical business practices. 2 months ago we bought tickets to fly with them. They had 2 combinations: one with not so great flying times and another one with much more comfortable flying time/waiting time in the middle airport. Needless to say, this second option was more expensive. We chose the expensive aka comfortable one because we fly with toddlers. Then, a couple of weeks before flying, they cancelled our flight and offered the other combination as option (the cheaper one with worse flying times). But they wouldn’t refund the price difference because in their eyes it’s the same flight.

DERobbed!!! Due to fully booked flight, I was told that I cannot bring my hand luggage into the cabin and was forced to give it away at the gate (so they'd put it in the baggage compartment). All of my personal stuff was there and, although it was a direct flight Frankfurt-Zagreb, they have managed to loose it on the way so I had literally nothing to wear the next day at the conference (flight arrived at 23pm on Friday evening and the conference was on Saturday morning), but that's not the worst part. The luggage arrived 2 day later and half of my stuff were MISSING!!! Someone actually opened it and took everything except the clothes. CA refused to take responsibility for that and denied my refund request.

FRVery bad experience ! Very bad experience in July with Croatia Airlines. They changed the schedule of my return flight ticket, without warning me... Of course I missed my flight and had to spend a night in a hotel. The Customer service refused the reimbursment of this night at the hotel and pretented they sent a email, that I did not received... and of course they were unable to prove the existence of this supposed email. Moreover, each time you write to them,you need to wait one month before getting an answer... Unbelievable for a Customer Relation Service!

AUAfter not being able to travel due to…COVID 19 After not being able to travel due to COVID 19 for my flights I accepted vouchers for my flights which I still can't use , so I requested a refund for which they only refunded taxes because they said my flights weren't cancelled . I live in Australia and still aren't able to travel overseas . I think the Croatian Airlines need to REFUND my money in full .

CHNie wieder, kein support Never again! I got sick and with confirmation of my treating doctor, wrote many emails a week before the flight to croatian and didnt get a reply or just some copy-paste answers. When I called them they were not really intrested in my issue and just said they would cancel my ticket so they can sell it again without any refund or compensation. even though croatia is supposed to be in the EU, don‘t expect them to follow the rules. Never again with this ‚airlines‘
