CHNie wieder, kein support Never again! I got sick and with confirmation of my treating doctor, wrote many emails a week before the flight to croatian and didnt get a reply or just some copy-paste answers. When I called them they were not really intrested in my issue and just said they would cancel my ticket so they can sell it again without any refund or compensation. even though croatia is supposed to be in the EU, don‘t expect them to follow the rules. Never again with this ‚airlines‘

IEFew very bad experiences over the years I'm really sick of dealing with them. They have cancelled so many flights over the past few years and they don't even bother to notify you of this. Totally unreliable and extremely unprofessional. Just a terrible company to deal with, I hope I will not be doing the same in the future and would not recommend anyone to even try it.

GBWorst airline ever!! Went on a business trip via Croatia airlines. My case came through cracked and open, when seeking for compensation or abit of acknowledgment - nothing! Very unhelpful and no service at the airport. Wrote an email with images, reply was it’s not our fault! Any other airline would be more sympathetic and apologetic. But nothing. Definitely will not be using this airline again for lack of service! Stay away.

DERobbed!!! Due to fully booked flight, I was told that I cannot bring my hand luggage into the cabin and was forced to give it away at the gate (so they'd put it in the baggage compartment). All of my personal stuff was there and, although it was a direct flight Frankfurt-Zagreb, they have managed to loose it on the way so I had literally nothing to wear the next day at the conference (flight arrived at 23pm on Friday evening and the conference was on Saturday morning), but that's not the worst part. The luggage arrived 2 day later and half of my stuff were MISSING!!! Someone actually opened it and took everything except the clothes. CA refused to take responsibility for that and denied my refund request.

HRLost luggage, no response on emails or telephones 10 days ago we returned from a trip without luggage. Until today there is still no information. When registering, they immediately told us not to try to call them on the phone because it doesn't work. we tried using other numbers to reach the lost luggage department, but the others say that we can only use that number, which is not working. we still try to call, it rings but no one answers. and so all day. two pieces of luggage are involved, without any trace. they also do not respond to e-mails. what frivolity of an airline.
