Worst tour experience- ever! If you enjoy listening to someone who doesn't speak English- take this tour! If you enjoy someone who doesn't tell you anything about the stops, just says, "here is number 37,38, etc" - take this tour! Completely unacceptable!

Would give zero stars if it was possible Would give zero stars if it was possible! I bought a ticket for the bus to woodbury common, which I had to present at the shortline ticket counter to redeem. But when they checked it, it said the ticket was not valid. So I called city sightseeing and they confirmed my booking, but when I asked what to do now, they just hung up on me. Avoid this company!!!

Always a great re-orientation opportunity What a great opportunity to revisit some old destinations and new. Comfortable upper deck, great live commentaries. Not enough time to view all in 48 hours, but still a great trip. Book 'on line' with vouchers being redeemed at the Port Authority or directly from Sales team at all stops.

Long wait for buses and poor commentary from guide Having used City Sightseeing in Glasgow, London, Barcelona, Berlin, Munich and Paris we were really looking forward to the NYC tour; sadly we were disappointed. We had two day hop on and off tickets. Day 1 was great we headed downtown with interesting commentary and great views. Day 2 though was a whole different story - we waited over an hour and twenty minutes for an uptown bus tour! When it finally arrived the commentator was obviously not interested and only really spoke when asked direct questions by passengers. Such a disappointment.

Lost money. Lost $177. When vouchers were activated, all three tickets turned out to be invalid. Tried to call the office, got no call. Wrote on the web chat, no response. Money was not returned.
