They've stolen our money We purchased tickets for New York to celebrate my wife's 50th Birthday in March 2020 then Covid came along and despite having insurance Sightseeing Pass never refunded our money, they do not respond to emails and do not answer calls, they have stolen our money. Do not trust them and do not give them your money.

DO not Recommend it! City Sightseeing has not enough buses compared with other companies. For example, while we waited for our bus, six Big Bus buses passed in front of us. Also, tour guides were very rude telling people to be silent. They were all seated at the top of the bus under the plastic roof taking 2 seats while customers were seated in the open. Definitely, I do not recommend them.

It is bad buy by internet We bought by internet and they did not send us the ticket. We arrived at the stop bus and lost one hour and taxi going to the office, because the ticket. In the office a one hundred file waiting.. It was horrible. Why they do not send the tickets by internet?

Lost money. Lost $177. When vouchers were activated, all three tickets turned out to be invalid. Tried to call the office, got no call. Wrote on the web chat, no response. Money was not returned.
