GBPoor Value for Money The on board tour guides are hugely inconsistent. Some barely say anything although, when approaching a stop they do talk for a minute or two about how they work for low wages and value tips etc!

GBDon't waste your money! Don't waste your money!! Paid $59 for a 48 hr ticket at 2:30pm on October 8th. Boarded the bus a few minutes later, bus driver announces bus route ends early (in 30 minutes) due to Jewish holiday and there will be no bus the next day, also Jewish holiday. My ticket was therefore useless. When I asked for a refund they declined because I 'used' the 48 hour ticket for 20 minutes! This is not a serious business, but because they cater to tourists from out of town they can get away with this lack of professionalism. Don't waste your money!

GBDO not Recommend it! City Sightseeing has not enough buses compared with other companies. For example, while we waited for our bus, six Big Bus buses passed in front of us. Also, tour guides were very rude telling people to be silent. They were all seated at the top of the bus under the plastic roof taking 2 seats while customers were seated in the open. Definitely, I do not recommend them.

GBWaste of time and money This experience was recommended to us as a great way to be exposed to the city. Not so, for us. We spent over an hour and a half obtaining our tickets we bought online. Then, on the bus tour, the audio was at least a block or two off. We would hear about a site and then figure out the site being discussed was two blocks behind us. Would not recommend to anyone. You are better off on foot with a good map.

GBThey've stolen our money We purchased tickets for New York to celebrate my wife's 50th Birthday in March 2020 then Covid came along and despite having insurance Sightseeing Pass never refunded our money, they do not respond to emails and do not answer calls, they have stolen our money. Do not trust them and do not give them your money.
