Poor Transport Organisation-Buyer Beware!!! We booked onto the Super Saver Ticket to Woodbury on Monday (14th August) which had set departure times of 9am and returning at 4:45pm. We arrived well before 9am and waited in line for the bus. However we were advised that the first bus was full and the second bus would be arriving in 30 mins which means a departure of 9:30am. Firstly I want to note that we had to wait in line for 30 mins and the company representative at the bus stand was rude and did not provide any clarification/confirmation when asked whether the 30 min delay could be made up at the end? He didnt even care nor made any effort to clarify this with anyone in the company and basically left us waiting on the footpath and never returned.I would expect more professionalism from a company like this. Secondly if the company knew that many people booked in at this time, why wasnt a second bus already arranged in advance to ensure a timely departure for all? Overall I was not happy with the experience and would not be recommending this to anyone. Preference would be 0 stars!

Lost money. Lost $177. When vouchers were activated, all three tickets turned out to be invalid. Tried to call the office, got no call. Wrote on the web chat, no response. Money was not returned.

Would give zero stars if it was possible Would give zero stars if it was possible! I bought a ticket for the bus to woodbury common, which I had to present at the shortline ticket counter to redeem. But when they checked it, it said the ticket was not valid. So I called city sightseeing and they confirmed my booking, but when I asked what to do now, they just hung up on me. Avoid this company!!!

Good way to see NYC Most of the tour guides were really hard to hear because poor quality equipment and/or poor annunciation. The buses had heaters but were not on for some reason. We were able to see a lot of things that we didn't necessarily want to spend the time actually getting off and going to. Most of the tour guides were not friendly. I would recommend this option as an affordable means of transportation and admittance into attractions.

DO not Recommend it! City Sightseeing has not enough buses compared with other companies. For example, while we waited for our bus, six Big Bus buses passed in front of us. Also, tour guides were very rude telling people to be silent. They were all seated at the top of the bus under the plastic roof taking 2 seats while customers were seated in the open. Definitely, I do not recommend them.
