GBGood way to see NYC Most of the tour guides were really hard to hear because poor quality equipment and/or poor annunciation. The buses had heaters but were not on for some reason. We were able to see a lot of things that we didn't necessarily want to spend the time actually getting off and going to. Most of the tour guides were not friendly. I would recommend this option as an affordable means of transportation and admittance into attractions.

LVLost money. Lost $177. When vouchers were activated, all three tickets turned out to be invalid. Tried to call the office, got no call. Wrote on the web chat, no response. Money was not returned.

GBWaste of time and money This experience was recommended to us as a great way to be exposed to the city. Not so, for us. We spent over an hour and a half obtaining our tickets we bought online. Then, on the bus tour, the audio was at least a block or two off. We would hear about a site and then figure out the site being discussed was two blocks behind us. Would not recommend to anyone. You are better off on foot with a good map.

GBPoor Value for Money The on board tour guides are hugely inconsistent. Some barely say anything although, when approaching a stop they do talk for a minute or two about how they work for low wages and value tips etc!

DEWould give zero stars if it was possible Would give zero stars if it was possible! I bought a ticket for the bus to woodbury common, which I had to present at the shortline ticket counter to redeem. But when they checked it, it said the ticket was not valid. So I called city sightseeing and they confirmed my booking, but when I asked what to do now, they just hung up on me. Avoid this company!!!
