GBBe very careful with bookings I was disappointed with Sceptre Travel. I asked to be booked in Ashford Castle and only through my own due diligence did I realize that the Sceptre agent booked me in the Lodge at Ashord Castle, which is very different than the Castle itself. More care should be taken by agents when booking.

GBGreat trip - Some feedback Great trip - Most everything was perfect except getting home...Our connecting flight home was scheduled with just an hour and a half lead time of our flight home... The flight ended up being an hour late, and the gate to our flight home was closed 30 minutes prior to departure...Would recommended a longer layover/ lead time otherwise I would have given a 5 star rating.

GBEasy to work with My wife and I loved our Sceptre vacation to Ireland. Booking through Sceptre was easy, and the couple of times we called, Sceptre provided prompt and efficient help. The rental car, the hotel, and the bed and breakfasts we booked via Sceptre were outstanding. The one hitch we encountered was with JetBlue, the US domestic partner of Aer Lingus. Our JetBlue flight out of O'Hare was delayed to the point where we were going to miss our Aer Lingus flight at JFK and lose a couple days of our vacation. JetBlue could not rebook us on another carrier; we had to get our own tickets to JFK from American. We filed a claim with JetBlue and Aer Lingus for the value of our unused JetBlue flight, which is in the process of being settled. This is all not directly Sceptre's fault, but, they could have booked us with carriers who were more likely to rebook on another carrier in the event of a delay.

GBWorst customer service/ Technical Support. These people have the worst customer service/Technical Support team I have ever encountered in my life. I've been trying to contact them about an electronic part I need to repair my TV and no one pick up the phone or answer messages. Good luck trying to get something from Sceptre TS or CS. What a joke, I give up.

GBI will never use Sceptre again We used a Sceptre package 2 times in the past in Ireland, where the pricing was great, the b & bs did not have to be pre-booked, and we did not get a hard-sell to upgrade our car. This time we had to pre-book, 1 month in advance of the trip, which meant we had to have a set itinerary, which we did not want to have. This was not made clear in the booking information. So several months after we had bought the air,car and b&b package, we learned that we had to pre-book; This information was poorly communicated and untimely. When we tried to pre- book b&bs, Sceptre essentially had a bait and switch: they had very few if any b&b offerings at the our price point, BUT we could pay more per day to get a higher grade b&b, that was available and had more offerings. There is something misleading about offering a b&b package, that has to be booked 30 days in advance, and this information is not conveyed to the purchaser. The best part of the package was our B and B hosts in
