World worst airline ( don’t travel with… World worst airline ( don’t travel with them ) I booked ticket for a friend paid £513.80 I did mistake in booking about his name My friend for 3 names His first name is Muhammad Amir I did mistake I put Muhammad as first name and Amir last name And missed his last name Date of birth was right in booking I realised when I set ticket to my friend and he showed me this mistake 10 Days was remaining fly Airline denied to correct name And denying to give refund as well Our all money seems to be wasted That’s absolutely disgusting And are thief

“NO BAGGAGE” SCAM We were forced to pay for carryon and checked bags even though our tickets clearly mention it. The idiot at the counter said the price “goes up” every 10 minutes that we wait. When we got to the door of the plane, the airline wanted to check it in for FREE. BEWARE OF THIS AIRLINE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE FROM A WESTERN COUNTRY

Hey this is Muhammad shahriyar Hey this is Muhammad shahriyar, I hope Pegasus airline with contact with me, my flight was from STN TO Turkey today on 13 April but unfortunately the flight delayed for 2 hours. But one of you colleagues they disrespect me in the front of whole ppl the time was around 12.30 I already complained about her. You should take strong action against her. Hope you will contact me. Terrible service Terrible service. They are racists. They refused my brother to get on his flight to Canada without a reason him ending up stranded. How do you expect people to use your airline if you're service is bad . This is a legal matter and am waiting for your manager to respond as my lawyer will be sending a letter for court date. Unbelievable I won't recommend anyone to book with this airline. Also they don't provide food.
