Terrible customer service, the broke my suitcase on the way out, lost all my luggage on the way back, broke my toddlers buggy , travelling as a single dad with 2 kids they gave ZERO help. The food on the plane is awful, air hostesses are rude, delay after delay with no communication Not even a food or drinks voucher for me and my children. The check in staff are unhelpful, rude and I will never fly PGS again

KZThey cancelled my flight and it is hard to refund They cancelled my flight PNR 343K37. To get refund I have to call to their callcenter but noone answeres. I already spent $5 for the call expences to reach them from Kazakhstan to Turkey. They do not provide Kazakhstan number and do not call back.

But one of you colleagues they disrespect me in the front of whole ppl the time was around 12.30 I already complained about her. You should take strong action against her. Hope you will contact me. AUPEGArbage airlines This airline presents itself as a budget option but charges more than traditional airlines. They literally force the crew to beg for money for everything, which is embarrassing. They also cancel carry-on luggage allowances and charge everyone for it. Ultimately, you end up paying the same or more for a subpar flight experience. It’s disgraceful company for Turkey.
