GBfirst time experience I used Pegasus for first time - and I can't complain! Though I not used check in bag service - what seams to be the biggest issue by reviews I came a cross!- My flight was pleasant and even landing both ways was smooth (travelled Manchester-Antalya roundtrip).Staff was friendly and helpful! I will give 4 stars because of prices on board!! I know prices is high on all flights - but they prices is EXTREAMLY HIGH! Something to think about!

DKI booked and paid for specific seats… I booked and paid for specific seats for my roundtrip, but I was not seated where I paid to sit on both occasions. During the outbound flight, passengers argued about their seats, and I was forced to sit in a different seat. On the return flight, my seat was changed without my consent. Both times, I had booked an aisle seat, but I was given a middle seat instead, which I really dislike.

GBBetter than corendon but not by much Better than corendon but not by much. Flew home from AYT to MAN. After corendon loosing my partners case we only had one case between us. We had already paid for 20kg of hold luggage each. As my partner had to buy clothes while we were in turkey he had to put them in my case which them put my case to 22kg. When “our” case was weighed the woman at the check in desk was rude about it. We tried to explain the situation but she just pretended she didn’t understand English all of a sudden and we were made to pay £22 for 2kg even though we had collectively booked 40kg. While I understand this is their policy (which is all the woman kept saying) after all that we had been through abit of sympathy or understanding wouldn’t have gone a miss! We will be claiming this back through Corendon as they caused the extra charge but still it’s stress that quite frankly we didn’t need after the week we have had!

IRDo not travel with this airline. Do not travel with this airline. We paid for cabin baggage and it was included in all the documents. We checked in our cabin baggage in Zurich without any issues and Pegasus staff put tags on them. However in Istanbul, they pulled us aside and said we need to pay 50Euros per passenger because it's not included in their system. Why your system in Zurich was showing cabin baggage included but not in Istanbul? This is robbery in daylight. Avoid them.

TRNEVER FLY PEGASUS ! NEVER FLY PEGASUS ! Terrible customer service, the broke my suitcase on the way out, lost all my luggage on the way back, broke my toddlers buggy , travelling as a single dad with 2 kids they gave ZERO help. The food on the plane is awful, air hostesses are rude, delay after delay with no communication Not even a food or drinks voucher for me and my children. The check in staff are unhelpful, rude and I will never fly PGS again
