There is no Zero rating sadly! There is no Zero rating sadly! Booked LGW-MCO ticket through BudgetAir.co.uk, even after 17 hrs, no tkts issued. Payment deducted. Both JetBlue & BudgetAir has given me the PNR & booking ref resp. When contacted JetBlue CS, they are unemphathetic and dont want to help. What is a 'Confirmed, unticketed' status mean? But JetBlue website says, "unless tkts issued cant travel". Guess they are overselling tkts hoping someone will cancel. If you are someone who believe exist/alive; dont use JetBlue as your journey almost wont happen and the refund will be after 5 days, it that happens. I havent gone that far. Wish I checked their already dismal 1.5 rating before booking, now my family's holiday is in a mess.

Terrible service I can’t believe how heartless this company is, I was on the phone for 1 hour and 20 min trying to change a flight since my sister in law is in the ICU and we were trying to get her mom here, not only did JetBlue did not show a word of sympathy for me and my family are going through but was giving us a hard trying. First they were charging us for difference on flight, seats etc and I asked to speak to a manager and they transferred me to Carmen which was even worse, she was not empathetic and told me they would waive the rebooking fee which was 25.00 and when I asked her to listen to the recording they ignore it I ended un canceling the flight and rebooking with delta who not only change the flight for another family member at no cost but was very kind in the words. Would not recommend JetBlue even if you are desperate.

Horribly aggressive agents! Horribly aggressive and bullying gate agents! I have a service animal for a health consisting. Every time I fly I submit proper documentation and call in to confirm they have received, for ease of flying. But without fail every time I have a metaphoric heart attack or stroke every time I fly JetBlue from the unnecessary stress and aggravation they put you through, claiming that they don’t have documentation.

JetBlue and Allianz Global do not pay out claims as promised JetBlue employs Allianz Global as their insurer for flight claims. I am deeply dissatisfied with how Allianz Global deal with JetBlue’s affairs. This process has taken 11 weeks of emailing, and an error sent to the incorrect bank account. The service is non responsive and slow. They will not rectify the situation or create solutions to pay the correct bank account, or pay out their claims as promised. They just send automated responses and don’t fix it.

JetBlue did a good job We just took a round trip to Florida on JetBlue. We were very pleased with the service and the cost. Even though we got the basic rate the legroom was adequate. We wouldn't hesitate to fly JetBlue again.
