BEFORE YOU SPEND THE MONEY ON JETBLUE… BEFORE YOU SPEND THE MONEY ON JETBLUE MINT: If you sit in the first row, you will regret it. Crew Members chat loudly the whole flight, and they do not turn off the galley lights, ever, even for night flights. If you are unlucky enough to sit in seat 1A, there is a very bright LED light that shines directly into your face. I've traveled Jetblue Mint several times and I've loved the middle row single seat, which has a door and you feel quite isolated. But this flight was TERRIBLE. They spoke so loudly (about all sorts of personal things) that even my AirPods did not shut out the sounds) so it was impossible to get some rest. Furthermore, I took the time to contact Jetblue Customer Service. They informed me that I should have confronted the flight attendants during the flight and that it was my responsibility to inform them that they were not behaving professionally. They wrote to me the following on the chat on their website: "Compensation will not be issued." And then told me they hope I'll have a wonderful experience flying JetBlue next time, and have a nice day! Yeah, right. I won't be flying Mint anytime soon, that's for sure! #JetBlue #mint

Terrible service I can’t believe how heartless this company is, I was on the phone for 1 hour and 20 min trying to change a flight since my sister in law is in the ICU and we were trying to get her mom here, not only did JetBlue did not show a word of sympathy for me and my family are going through but was giving us a hard trying. First they were charging us for difference on flight, seats etc and I asked to speak to a manager and they transferred me to Carmen which was even worse, she was not empathetic and told me they would waive the rebooking fee which was 25.00 and when I asked her to listen to the recording they ignore it I ended un canceling the flight and rebooking with delta who not only change the flight for another family member at no cost but was very kind in the words. Would not recommend JetBlue even if you are desperate.

Sadly I have to agree with others… Sadly I have to agree with others reviews. Returning from JFK today were the worst cabin staff I’ve ever experienced. They did not smile everything seemed an inconvenience to them they were rude and their uniforms were scruffy. However going on the outward journey a young cabin member named Sabas was an absolute joy so polite helpful nothing was too much trouble it’s a shame other members don’t follow suit.

Thee crapiest airline I have ever flown with to date! C*ck-up started from before I got to Heathrow to begin my journey. For some reason, the JB app just would not accept my credit card details to pay for my luggage (which at the time was collectively £185 for 2 pieces of luggage one way and 1 piece of luggage returning). I approached a customer service rep and explained my situation to which she politely helped and also to which I thought she understood that I was to pay for 2 luggage one way and 1 on return. I was shocked when I learned the cost was £40 less than what was displayed on the app and to which I was pleased that I had saved a little money on top. Fast forward to departure day, I got to Montego Bay airport only to be told that I had not payed for my luggage and that I had to pay an additional $65! Accord to them, there was no payment reflecting on their system that I had done so. (You can imagine the fury at this point). So I paid the requested $65, only to find out the flight had been delayed to JFK. After re-checking in my luggage, I had to join a queue which not only was slow-moving, but had HUNDREDS of people that had to go through security check. Staff was extremely rude and had NO empathy for those who needed to connect their flights. All one customer service rep kept saying was "You're just going to have to wait like everyone else - have patience!!" Long story short, I missed my flight in which I had to wait until for the following evening to catch! This shall most DEFINITELY be my first & LAST time travelling with JetBlue, I just wish I saw these reviews earlier so I could've avoided!
