Assaulted by FAs. I was assaulted by FAs and an attorney is making a claim on JetBlue for me. It's a long shot but I am asking if anyone has had rude or unprofessional treatment from flight attendants. If you have, please woud you tell me their names? If the name/s you give match the name/s I have, it would strengthen my case. Thank you very much.

Thee crapiest airline I have ever flown with to date! C*ck-up started from before I got to Heathrow to begin my journey. For some reason, the JB app just would not accept my credit card details to pay for my luggage (which at the time was collectively £185 for 2 pieces of luggage one way and 1 piece of luggage returning). I approached a customer service rep and explained my situation to which she politely helped and also to which I thought she understood that I was to pay for 2 luggage one way and 1 on return. I was shocked when I learned the cost was £40 less than what was displayed on the app and to which I was pleased that I had saved a little money on top. Fast forward to departure day, I got to Montego Bay airport only to be told that I had not payed for my luggage and that I had to pay an additional $65! Accord to them, there was no payment reflecting on their system that I had done so. (You can imagine the fury at this point). So I paid the requested $65, only to find out the flight had been delayed to JFK. After re-checking in my luggage, I had to join a queue which not only was slow-moving, but had HUNDREDS of people that had to go through security check. Staff was extremely rude and had NO empathy for those who needed to connect their flights. All one customer service rep kept saying was "You're just going to have to wait like everyone else - have patience!!" Long story short, I missed my flight in which I had to wait until for the following evening to catch! This shall most DEFINITELY be my first & LAST time travelling with JetBlue, I just wish I saw these reviews earlier so I could've avoided!

Totally dissatisfied with JetBlue who once upon a time used to be my favorite way to fly!!! Received an email back in October of 2023 that JetBlue was sponsoring Charitybuzz and I won 2 round trip JetBlue travel certificates to Aruba! Only problem is there are not a lot of seats set aside for travel certificates! So you may find a flight out but no flight coming back on none at all for the dates you want to travel. I finally found a flight going to and coming back and requested to change my dates a week before only to be told the new dates were not available! Thank God I did not book my flights with the certificate or I would have lost out!!! Now I have to purchase my flights and I have until November to find somewhere to go so I can use my certificates that I wanted to use with THIS TRIP! UGH!!! Total inconvenience!!!! How many travel certificate seats do you actually have??? Why is the selection so low but you can find paid seats available for the same dates you need!!!! Not cool!!!!! Not cool at all!!!!

Jet Blue has the absolute worst… Jet Blue has the absolute worst customer service / escalation team. However, it is all part of the service commitment level passed down by the Executive office. I have flown over 2m miles and Jet Blue has never been the same since the days of the Founder & CEO David Neeleman

If I could zero stars I would If I could zero stars I would! Shocking shocking shocking. Delay emails changing every 10 minutes, 4+ hour delay with NOT a single reason nor apology given from the crew!!! Just the absolute worst airline I’ve ever travelled on Will NEVER use again
