GBIf I could zero stars I would If I could zero stars I would! Shocking shocking shocking. Delay emails changing every 10 minutes, 4+ hour delay with NOT a single reason nor apology given from the crew!!! Just the absolute worst airline I’ve ever travelled on Will NEVER use again

GBBEFORE YOU SPEND THE MONEY ON JETBLUE… BEFORE YOU SPEND THE MONEY ON JETBLUE MINT: If you sit in the first row, you will regret it. Crew Members chat loudly the whole flight, and they do not turn off the galley lights, ever, even for night flights. If you are unlucky enough to sit in seat 1A, there is a very bright LED light that shines directly into your face. I've traveled Jetblue Mint several times and I've loved the middle row single seat, which has a door and you feel quite isolated. But this flight was TERRIBLE. They spoke so loudly (about all sorts of personal things) that even my AirPods did not shut out the sounds) so it was impossible to get some rest. Furthermore, I took the time to contact Jetblue Customer Service. They informed me that I should have confronted the flight attendants during the flight and that it was my responsibility to inform them that they were not behaving professionally. They wrote to me the following on the chat on their website: "Compensation will not be issued." And then told me they hope I'll have a wonderful experience flying JetBlue next time, and have a nice day! Yeah, right. I won't be flying Mint anytime soon, that's for sure! #JetBlue #mint

AUJetBlue and Allianz Global do not pay out claims as promised JetBlue employs Allianz Global as their insurer for flight claims. I am deeply dissatisfied with how Allianz Global deal with JetBlue’s affairs. This process has taken 11 weeks of emailing, and an error sent to the incorrect bank account. The service is non responsive and slow. They will not rectify the situation or create solutions to pay the correct bank account, or pay out their claims as promised. They just send automated responses and don’t fix it.

GBJet Blue has the absolute worst… Jet Blue has the absolute worst customer service / escalation team. However, it is all part of the service commitment level passed down by the Executive office. I have flown over 2m miles and Jet Blue has never been the same since the days of the Founder & CEO David Neeleman

GBAvoid this airline at all costs. Avoid this airline at all costs. Paid for two upgraded seats for more legroom,only to be told by staff at JFK that only one seat had been paid for and they wanted another 50 dollars for me and my husband to sit together. Ended up right at the back of the plane with no refund for the upgraded seats. Cabin crew were rude and direct. My husband was ask if he wanted a drink,he ask for tea and was ask Green or black,he replied with milk, was told again green or black in an aggressive manner. Food was really cold and inedible. Was told to give food trays back the way they were given, I.e flat. Also cabin crews uniform were scuffy and they seem to have no pride in their appearance.
