MXIf you are thinking about flying on Jet Blue please reconsider On Saturday Jet Blue had to cancel a flight due to a problem with the plane so on Sunday they gave the Saturday people our plane and we were stuck in the airport for over 8 hours while they tried to fix that plane. So instead of inconvenience for one plane they did it to two groups of passengers. There was no reason or logic to this. They should have made other arrangements for the Saturday passengers and not bothered us. They told us nothing and when we said the crew probably would be over their hours they insisted no until that became the reason. The website said that we had taken off so people went to the airport to pick us up. The emails kept pushing back the time and it didn’t match what it said at the gate. During this time we received food vouchers for $15 dollars. To put that in perspective a slice of pizza cost $17 dollars. Those vouchers should match the cost of the food at the airport you are in. If we had been told earlier about the plane situation we could have tried to make other arrangements or maybe the people from the Saturday flight could have been accommodated prior to our flight being screwed up. There were passengers there with small children. They did nothing for us. They could have passed out water to everyone. They could have told us what was going on. We asked what was wrong with the plane and they said they didn’t know. I don’t blame the people at the gate. I believe they were also in the dark.

GBThe help desk staff st JFK are the… The help desk staff st JFK are the worst. No urgency in helping folks who just need to check a bag due to arriving later than expected. It would have taken almost nothing to show some compassion and empathy instead of guaranteeing that we miss our flight. It's clear that they have no concern about customer service or customer needs.

GBTerrible service I can’t believe how heartless this company is, I was on the phone for 1 hour and 20 min trying to change a flight since my sister in law is in the ICU and we were trying to get her mom here, not only did JetBlue did not show a word of sympathy for me and my family are going through but was giving us a hard trying. First they were charging us for difference on flight, seats etc and I asked to speak to a manager and they transferred me to Carmen which was even worse, she was not empathetic and told me they would waive the rebooking fee which was 25.00 and when I asked her to listen to the recording they ignore it I ended un canceling the flight and rebooking with delta who not only change the flight for another family member at no cost but was very kind in the words. Would not recommend JetBlue even if you are desperate.

GBBad service We traveled with jetblue airlines in January. The service staff was unpleasant, rude and simply ignoring if you need any service. At the check-in we were asked if we want to sit by the emergency exit together because there is more legroom. We agreed but at the gate we were met by a very unfriendly staff who told us to wait in the zone. Later said that we will sit separately. Besides all that we were the last to board. And the worst thing... When we get on the plane another person was already sitting instead of my partner seat because they put two people in the same seat by mistake. I hope it was the first and last time I travel with Jetblue airlines. I won't recommend.
