GBDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY… I cancelled a flight and they gave me a credit. I can see the credit in my account but when I go to use the credit, it says that there are insufficient funds in my travel bank, even though I can see the funds are available. The flights I want to book, even though they are exactly the same flight days and times, just 6 months later are nearly double the original price. I have spent 3 hours on the phone to them, first via web chat and then physically speaking to someone trying to sort this out and they refuse to do anything to sort it, just saying that it should work online, which it clearly isn't. I asked them to take payment over the phone and they wouldn't, I asked them to give me the money back and they wouldn't. I asked them for an email address that I could send a screenshot of the issue to and they wouldn't give me one. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Edit: I just found out that the phone line that they told me to contact them on, to resolve this, was a premium rate number and has cost me £255 to call them for an hour, most of which was messing about for the slowest people ever to do anything, they would take 2 - 3 mins to put my name in, put my first line of address in etc. WHAT A TOTAL SCAM!!!

GBHorribly aggressive agents! Horribly aggressive and bullying gate agents! I have a service animal for a health consisting. Every time I fly I submit proper documentation and call in to confirm they have received, for ease of flying. But without fail every time I have a metaphoric heart attack or stroke every time I fly JetBlue from the unnecessary stress and aggravation they put you through, claiming that they don’t have documentation.

GBAvoid the Boston JetBlue experience The customer service at Boston airport is shockingly slow, we missed our flight (and almost the second one) due to lengthy check-in process, far longer than any other airport. Automated responses when complaints were sent via a character-limited web-form. Cold food and rancid, mentally unstable passenger in front of us was not dealt with by flight attendants. Avoid at all cost.

GBThere is no Zero rating sadly! There is no Zero rating sadly! Booked LGW-MCO ticket through BudgetAir.co.uk, even after 17 hrs, no tkts issued. Payment deducted. Both JetBlue & BudgetAir has given me the PNR & booking ref resp. When contacted JetBlue CS, they are unemphathetic and dont want to help. What is a 'Confirmed, unticketed' status mean? But JetBlue website says, "unless tkts issued cant travel". Guess they are overselling tkts hoping someone will cancel. If you are someone who believe exist/alive; dont use JetBlue as your journey almost wont happen and the refund will be after 5 days, it that happens. I havent gone that far. Wish I checked their already dismal 1.5 rating before booking, now my family's holiday is in a mess.

MXIf you are thinking about flying on Jet Blue please reconsider On Saturday Jet Blue had to cancel a flight due to a problem with the plane so on Sunday they gave the Saturday people our plane and we were stuck in the airport for over 8 hours while they tried to fix that plane. So instead of inconvenience for one plane they did it to two groups of passengers. There was no reason or logic to this. They should have made other arrangements for the Saturday passengers and not bothered us. They told us nothing and when we said the crew probably would be over their hours they insisted no until that became the reason. The website said that we had taken off so people went to the airport to pick us up. The emails kept pushing back the time and it didn’t match what it said at the gate. During this time we received food vouchers for $15 dollars. To put that in perspective a slice of pizza cost $17 dollars. Those vouchers should match the cost of the food at the airport you are in. If we had been told earlier about the plane situation we could have tried to make other arrangements or maybe the people from the Saturday flight could have been accommodated prior to our flight being screwed up. There were passengers there with small children. They did nothing for us. They could have passed out water to everyone. They could have told us what was going on. We asked what was wrong with the plane and they said they didn’t know. I don’t blame the people at the gate. I believe they were also in the dark.
