What a ripoff! I wasn't even aware that the reservation was going through Orbitz to World Choice Travel to Hotel Savings, and I was charged 150% of the quoted rate of $84.15. I DID NOT GIVE MY APPROVAL TO HAVE MY CREDIT CARD CHARGED THIS AMOUNT. After spending an hour trying to track down the reservation and then finally making contact, I spend another 45 minutes only to be told that they would not remove the charges. I will be taking this to the Better Business Bureau and also refusing to pay the credit card charge.

FRAUDULENT FOREIGN MORONS I entered dates of FRI APRIL 25 arriving and SAT APRIL 26 departing, checked for room availability, selected my room and proceeded to book. When the confirmation page came up, the date was for TODAY. I immediately called the customer service number, thinking I was dealing with HILTON HOTELS directly, only to find a rude foreign speaking woman who was no help. I insisted upon speaking with a manager, only to find a rude foreign speaking man who told me I entered the wrong dates and it was my problem and there would be no refund. I am out $224 - I have notified my credit card and Hilton. Google is next.

Fraud Fraud Fraud lairs Like many have said this company hijacks customers. I was looking for a reservation at the downtown Portland Marriott Downtown Waterfront Portland, OR 97201 and thought I was on the hotels site. It was not. After confirming the reservation I noticed the room charge was much higher them shown before. I called Marriott and found out I was scammed>> They were very difficult to work with with and would not refund the room even after Marriott agreed to cancel for not charge. I am now disputing the charges.. (yes plural) from this scam.

Happy with my hotel. Booked a 4 night hotel stay last month and just got back from the trip. It was up to my expectations. comfy clean rooms, had to request robes as they do not put one in the room by default, although they are free. If you have good deals for spring break in florida, I will book with you again. good website. thanks.
