GBBilled instantly, did not pass on reservation info, awaiting refund resolution. Beware this website! Even though we'd directly typed the name of our intended hotel into a search, this website mimicked their address and accepted and billed a reservation, providing a confirmation number that was useless on our arrival at the property. Though we did not have a valid reservation, the hotel graciously came up with a room for us at 20% less than what the site billed us. Efforts by our bank to obtain a refund were met with s 15 minute hold, and stonewalling until we were told that a refund would take 7-10 days to process.

GBWARNING! BEWARE! RIP-OFF On August 1st. 2012 I booked a room for one night stay at Edgewater Inn, Coos Bay, Oregon. My credit card was immediately charged the $50 more than the actual hotel rate for the services not yet rendered. Typically, these charges would be considered "pending". But no, not with this third party. Plus, there is a 100% penalty fee for cancellation of the booking. When I called them for a refund they basically told me "too bad, so sad". This would be equivalent to making a reservation for dinner for next week and having immediately pay for a dinner that you have not even eaten yet. Just doesn't make sense. Shame on you hotelsavings.com and your parent company of Travelocity

GBFraud Fraud Fraud lairs Like many have said this company hijacks customers. I was looking for a reservation at the downtown Portland Marriott Downtown Waterfront Portland, OR 97201 and thought I was on the hotels site. It was not. After confirming the reservation I noticed the room charge was much higher them shown before. I called Marriott and found out I was scammed>> They were very difficult to work with with and would not refund the room even after Marriott agreed to cancel for not charge. I am now disputing the charges.. (yes plural) from this scam.

GBFRAUDULENT FOREIGN MORONS I entered dates of FRI APRIL 25 arriving and SAT APRIL 26 departing, checked for room availability, selected my room and proceeded to book. When the confirmation page came up, the date was for TODAY. I immediately called the customer service number, thinking I was dealing with HILTON HOTELS directly, only to find a rude foreign speaking woman who was no help. I insisted upon speaking with a manager, only to find a rude foreign speaking man who told me I entered the wrong dates and it was my problem and there would be no refund. I am out $224 - I have notified my credit card and Hilton. Google is next.

GBTerrible company - overcharged and refused to issue refund of the difference Was referred to the company to attend a wedding at a Marriott. Was charged 167 per room per night for 2 rooms, 2 nights each. When we arrived at the hotel the rate was 102 per room per night. Called hotel savings for a refund of the difference and was given a cooperate response that I had agreed to the terms and conditions - which I never saw! This is a terrible company!
