GBBIGTIME RIP-OFF COMPANY. DONT USE My husband was trying to make a reservation in Golden, Co and was directed to this site. The agent confirmed reservations to the Fairfield by Marriott we requested and charged our credit card $400 immediately, 2 months before our arrival date in Golden. When we arrived at the hotel, it was a Quality Inn who charged $300 for the nights we stayed. We requested a $100 refund from hotelsavings.com as we felt we were overcharged this amount since the hotel was not a Fairfield as confirmed by the booking agent. They refused to refund our money. This site will rip you off. Don't use it.

GBHappy with my hotel. Booked a 4 night hotel stay last month and just got back from the trip. It was up to my expectations. comfy clean rooms, had to request robes as they do not put one in the room by default, although they are free. If you have good deals for spring break in florida, I will book with you again. good website. thanks.

GBWouldn't Use Again I booked one stay through hotelsavings.com and was pleased however after making a second reservation and receiving a bad promo code from them they would not fix the issue. I compare prices including promo codes to get the best deal. I could have gotten a better deal without the promo code at Hotels.com. I will not be using them in the future because I tried to get the issue resolved by contacting them by email immediately and a phone call later in which no one would fix the problem. They were just trying to blame a expired promo code but I had received the promo code the same day I tried to use it, bad advertising if you ask me. They told me once you made the reservation there was nothing they could do however, under their FQA they say if you find a better deal in 24 hours they will refund you money so I don't see the difference. Anyways will not use them again good customer service is the key and it is definitely lacking with this company. Not to mention I could hardly understand the representative I was talking to.

BYThere is a fee for booking and it's … There is a fee for booking and it's impossible to cancel it.

GBNever again I read the negative reviews ONLY after I had already used the services of the booking agency. I booked first one night too many and when I called to cancel that night, it was the hardest thing I've done in ages. It seems I had to cancel the entire trip reservations and re-reserve the rooms. What bothers me most is that the first charge was more expensive and and was told that it might take 14 days (and they had a 30 day right to hold) for it to show up on my Visa. Then, of course, the lower charge was also charged although it has yet to show up. having panicked, I called the hotel directly to make very sure I had the reservation and told them the price I was being charged against what they would have charged had I gone through them. I admit it was lower, and the reservation was correct and was secure. HOWEVER ---- the difficulty I went through, the difficulty understanding the speech of the person I was dealing with, made the experience far more painfully long drawn out with repeated explanations from me about what I wanted. I would never use this service again for any reason.
