Billed instantly, did not pass on reservation info, awaiting refund resolution. Beware this website! Even though we'd directly typed the name of our intended hotel into a search, this website mimicked their address and accepted and billed a reservation, providing a confirmation number that was useless on our arrival at the property. Though we did not have a valid reservation, the hotel graciously came up with a room for us at 20% less than what the site billed us. Efforts by our bank to obtain a refund were met with s 15 minute hold, and stonewalling until we were told that a refund would take 7-10 days to process.

Ripoff and fraud This company will steal your money. BEWARE that the company will not give you a refund if you cancel. They say that it is because you got such a low rate, but the rate was the same as if you called the hotel directly and made a reservation that would have had a 24 hour cancellation policy. This company MISREPRESENTS AND DEFRAUDS in order to steal your money.

Never again I read the negative reviews ONLY after I had already used the services of the booking agency. I booked first one night too many and when I called to cancel that night, it was the hardest thing I've done in ages. It seems I had to cancel the entire trip reservations and re-reserve the rooms. What bothers me most is that the first charge was more expensive and and was told that it might take 14 days (and they had a 30 day right to hold) for it to show up on my Visa. Then, of course, the lower charge was also charged although it has yet to show up. having panicked, I called the hotel directly to make very sure I had the reservation and told them the price I was being charged against what they would have charged had I gone through them. I admit it was lower, and the reservation was correct and was secure. HOWEVER ---- the difficulty I went through, the difficulty understanding the speech of the person I was dealing with, made the experience far more painfully long drawn out with repeated explanations from me about what I wanted. I would never use this service again for any reason.

What a ripoff! I wasn't even aware that the reservation was going through Orbitz to World Choice Travel to Hotel Savings, and I was charged 150% of the quoted rate of $84.15. I DID NOT GIVE MY APPROVAL TO HAVE MY CREDIT CARD CHARGED THIS AMOUNT. After spending an hour trying to track down the reservation and then finally making contact, I spend another 45 minutes only to be told that they would not remove the charges. I will be taking this to the Better Business Bureau and also refusing to pay the credit card charge.

I really liked this site I don't get the bad reviews. I've used this site multiple times with no problems at all. They have good deals, so I keep coming back.
