Unreachable I had used Visa Vietnam for the third time now. The first two times, I had received my approval letter within a dependable two day timeframe (even as I ordered over the weekend). And knowing such consistency, I ordered my third approval letter on Saturday evening with my flight to VN to take place on Thursday morning. However, this last one, I had only received an emailed approval letter after four days (7 hours after my flight had already departed). Worried, on day 3, I had emailed as well as tried calling their phone numbers which lead directly to voicemail. They are unreachable. I did not receive any notification of a delay to which I could have planned around. I now have to eat a non-refundable round-trip flight as well as non-refundable hotel booking because of the lack of service and communication.

Incorrect I received paperwork that did not relate to me and have nothing to prove what I have paid for requested this but still nothing back.

I was disappointed because you did not… I was disappointed because you did not inform me before I pay the fees in in advance or you did not have a note in your website that you can not get me the Visa letter.
