EGContradicting , Disappointing Response I received an apology stating: "currently visa on arrival to Vietnam is not approved for your passport" Trying to unveil the reason by attaching granted valid USA & Shengen visas for same passport , the reply was : "Please contact other agent if there is any possibility". For me the 2nd reply is contradicting the 1st one. I just wasted my time & the payment was hold for few days without even declaring the reason not have the visa granted

GBPaid for 1 day processing Paid for 1 day processing. Took three days. Ref: 8283250744 and 6944028655. We applied for it on Sunday night london time. We didn’t receive them until Wednesday morning london time. Lucky we didn’t have urgent flights.

IEthe visa service we purchased was the 4… the visa service we purchased was the 4 hour option and visa was not processed in 4 hours and flight needed to be changed for a client. visa was granted the following day
