Paid for premium economy but they made an error and switch my seats to the back and were rude about it, I have video proof, do not fly on this embarrassment of an airline. Our check-in suitcase was severely… Our check-in suitcase was severely damaged when we got it back. Turkish Airlines makes it next to impossible to file a complaint. This is not okay – big suitcases are expensive and we can't use it anymore now - basically lost 120€...
