Terrible service, rude and unmannered flight attendants Terrible service, rude flight attendants giving me commands and orders as if they are my boss. Paid for premium economy but they made an error and switch my seats to the back and were rude about it, I have video proof, do not fly on this embarrassment of an airline. Especially racist on flights to Africa, i am done with this airline

Flight Cancelation with zero Compensation Flight got cancelled by Turkish Airlines via mail one day before departure. After lenghty inquiry with the completly unsatisfactory customer service I got a written statement to get compensation. About 7 months after the flight I still did not get any payment from Turkish Airlines, whereas the customer service states the standard phrase "In our investigation we see that your ticket refund transactions have already been made." Which is untrue.

Our check-in suitcase was severely… Our check-in suitcase was severely damaged when we got it back. Turkish Airlines makes it next to impossible to file a complaint. This is not okay – big suitcases are expensive and we can't use it anymore now - basically lost 120€...
