Paid for premium economy but they made an error and switch my seats to the back and were rude about it, I have video proof, do not fly on this embarrassment of an airline. Especially racist on flights to Africa, i am done with this airline

I'll never fly Turkish Airlines again I'll never fly Turkish Airlines again. I'm giving them two stars because some of their airport staff and flight crew are lovely and competent. Following are some of my reasons: -For the 14 hours before my flight, their customer support was unresponsive. I finally got through, and the representative assured me that my flight had _not_ been cancelled. At the airport, it turned out that the flight _had_ been cancelled. A Turkish Air employee had the nerve to then say I should have provided a phone number in order for them to notify me. I HAD provided a phone number and received no calls or texts from Turkish Air. -Due to the consequences of the cancelled flight, a Turkish Air employee advised me to submit my receipts in order to get reimbursed. I followed their procedures obediently and never received my money back. Responses took weeks, and employees were barely literate in English. After several months of resubmitting my request, I gave up. One possible explanation was that the receipts didn't include some of the impossible details Turkish Air required them to include -- details that receipts don't typically include. I wouldn't know, however, because the representatives never explained why my requests were rejected. -On my flight, the pocket of the seat in front of me was stuffed full of trash. Classy.

Worst airlines ever. Bought tickets from them back in March from London to Antalya, 5 days later they changed both flights to different times/dates which made me waste more money on buses and trains.. I contacted the agency (on top of that costed me around 5£ for a 5 minute call) to ask for a refund since the times were very inconvenient for me ( I was given the option to change the time but it would only lead me to Istanbul) , they reassured that it was going to be issued by the airlines, which would take up to 10-15 business days. I waited for over a month a half and no response. I sent them an email, explained the whole situation again. 2 days later I got told I wasn’t getting any refund! I spent over 200+£ for nothing! I had to rearrange my entire travel itinerary and incur additional expenses due to their incompetence. This is outrageous. I will make sure to avoid booking with them in the future.

AVOID THIS AIRLINE AVOID THIS AIRLINE! Me and my partner have been waiting to receive our compensation which we're owed under EU 261 law (now UK 261) after we missed our connecting flight (due to 'technical errors' on our first Turkish Airlines flight) and were subsequently put on two additional flights with a different airline and arrived at our destination 8 and a half hours late. This took place 3 MONTHS AGO and Turkish Airlines have still not paid us the money that they (eventually) acknowledged that they owe us and are now completely ignoring our feedback messages regarding this. This is clearly not an acceptable way for an airline to act and I would strongly advise anyone from ever flying with Turkish Airlines. We are now looking into taking Turkish Airlines to court with the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) - I advise anyone else experiencing the same thing to also do this as they should not be allowed to get away with this!

This is a big no This is a big no! We flew with them to Thailand. 10hr flight and space in seat like in ryanair. Today I have flight back. Yesterday I've made sure we seat at the window and aisle. Today I've checked in to discover I do not have those seats!!! I seat in the middle!!! Joke, joke. Never again. Emirates or Qatar are much better and they do same routes. For sure have more space too. Before booking imagine seating in ryanair for your long flight as that's exactly turkish airline.
