GBMy entires families baggage was lost… My entire family’s baggage was lost during a transfer and Turkish Airlines cheated on my compensation claim! We were left in Malaga with zero luggage and the weather conditions were terrible. Nobody contacted us to tell us when cases would arrive. We Called their customer service who told us to go and replace essential items and that there was no limit on compensation - just to be sensible. We did exactly that and then filled out arduous claim process/form. They then paid only 30% of claim stating I agreed to a lower figure. Nonsense. Disgraceful and unfair treatment by an airline who claim they are high quality. Absolutely terrible experience for whole family, I have not used airline since and travelled further and longer to use other airlines! I have written to CEO and no reply yet, which says everything!!! I will start legal process soon.

GBRip-offs and cheats - do not book with them This company is a complete disgrace - do not travel with them under any circumstances! I paid £256 for seats for my family to be together over 4 flights. The day before my flight when I came to check-in they had all been removed. Their call centre are useless and could do nothing - and I spent £40 on a premium phone line for the pleasure of no service at all! They are now passing me from pillar to post and refusing to refund my money. They've offered me 55 euros if I drive 35 miles to get it! I saw people losing their upgrade and being refused boarding as the plane was overbooked at Istanbul also, so if you have a flight already booked with them ensure you get to the gate early! And don't pay for an upgrade at the airport as they were refusing them and moving people back into standard at the gate. If you don't have a flight booked with them then please don't, it's not worth it, even if they are cheap. They are a monstrous organisation that doesn't care about customers at all. I will be complaining to the CAA and ATOL and would suggest others do too

ATOur check-in suitcase was severely… Our check-in suitcase was severely damaged when we got it back. Turkish Airlines makes it next to impossible to file a complaint. This is not okay – big suitcases are expensive and we can't use it anymore now - basically lost 120€...

GBWorst airlines ever. Bought tickets from them back in March from London to Antalya, 5 days later they changed both flights to different times/dates which made me waste more money on buses and trains.. I contacted the agency (on top of that costed me around 5£ for a 5 minute call) to ask for a refund since the times were very inconvenient for me ( I was given the option to change the time but it would only lead me to Istanbul) , they reassured that it was going to be issued by the airlines, which would take up to 10-15 business days. I waited for over a month a half and no response. I sent them an email, explained the whole situation again. 2 days later I got told I wasn’t getting any refund! I spent over 200+£ for nothing! I had to rearrange my entire travel itinerary and incur additional expenses due to their incompetence. This is outrageous. I will make sure to avoid booking with them in the future.
