CATerrible Experience Stay far away! I cannot believe hotels.com is still in business based on their offering dangerous housing accommodations, along with nonexistent customer service. We booked a week stay via Hotels.com, and when we arrived, we found dirty sheets with pubic hair, stains and other mysterious debris. Suddenly there was an intense smell of sewage from outside. When I went to close the widow, I noticed the window is not even attached to the wall and cannot be closed. There is no smoke detector. There is no lock to the outside door. The hotel manager said he could only provide clean sheets by the next day at noon, so we were forced to pay for another hotel out of pocket. The sheets never came, and he never replied again. When we left and requested a refund, Hotels.com said they would only refund us with the hotel's approval, and that they couldn't even reach the hotel manager. There is no accountability, concern for our safety, or attempt to find us a solution. In the end they offered us a $50 credit on a one-week stay. What an awful experience.

GBprice match promise is a scam price match promise is a scam every time its same message although i sent a screenshot of same dates, same room, everything same. there message is. The Hotels.com Price Guarantee program benefit only applies when the lower rate is available for booking when you contact us. Because the alternative quote doesn't show a lower price upon real-time validation, we are unable to process your request. No worries! If you found another lower price on another travel booking site, feel free to submit a claim until hotel's check in time. no one talks to you from price match department

GBGangster pimps. Don't ever use Hotels.com!! They allow fraudsters (Gordy Apartments @ 52 Chamberlayne Ave) to face a property on their site who take your money and Don't allow you access to accommodation. There is no recourse after this. You will never see your money again. And the fraudsters are still allowed to be on their site. We were not the only victim of this fraud.

GBCOMPLETE SCAM!!!! COMPLETE SCAM!!!! You advertise hotels that can be booked using Tesco clubcards. You check the list of eligible hotels then convert you clubcards to a coupon book. Once you have the code you cannot actually place a booking, the website doesn't allow it, even though there is a link use tesco coupon. The customer service agent basically said tough pick another hotel. This is misleading surely against trading standards. Only after speaking to CS they then removed the hotel from the list of eligible hotels.
