If i can give them 0 ,i booked my… If i can give them 0 ,i booked my reservation May to stay in June 12, arrive in hotel 7PM, the lady in front desk dont find my name i showed them my reservation and confirmation number from hotel,com but nothing she cant do for me. guess waht is late i cant find any hotel last minute cause is weekend ,i sleep in my car with y husband very angry. Dont trust this company

Faulty towers Station hotel Dudley steer clear of this place no heating only empty bins if requested have to ask for clean towels managers refuse to address any complaints see other reviews. Worse hotel ever booked through booking dot com awaiting a response from them

Gangster pimps. Don't ever use Hotels.com!! They allow fraudsters (Gordy Apartments @ 52 Chamberlayne Ave) to face a property on their site who take your money and Don't allow you access to accommodation. There is no recourse after this. You will never see your money again. And the fraudsters are still allowed to be on their site. We were not the only victim of this fraud.

Booked a stay on their site Booked a stay on their site, price said pay now price or pay at hotel, but when paying it was more, twice I contacted customer services and all they can say is ‘it’s an average price’ so fluctuates, do you want to cancel and book again. Absolutely rubbish. Who runs this company 🤷‍♀️
