GBDissatisfied This is the first time I’ve used this company and definitely the last! I booked a room for a nights stay with my partner. After handing many errors with places I knew were satisfactory and failing to book I managed to book a place I had never heard of. Upon arrival the place was uninhabitable! Not as described and pictures were of a totally different property. I dare say we took our stuff and left for a travel lodge. When contacting customer services that evening they were great and promised to do what they could to give me my money back. Once again how wrong was this statement. They blamed the hotel for this and took absolutely no responsibility at all even though it was them whom I was dealing with. Cowboy company steer well clear.

GBIf u looking for faulty towers…… it’s here 😁 If u looking for faulty towers, this is the place to use!! 👎🏿 booked a 2 week stay at a hotel, it turn out to be a holiday hostel!! 😭 , wait there is more to come!! Hot water 💦 lasted 5 mins , then it turned cold 🥶, the shower unit was leaking, panels was rotten and fallen away, electric plugs was not safe to use (had warning signs on it) air con was broken, strong musk smell in the room and windows was not sound proof, what I got out of this? Nothing after escalating with customer services, totally rubbish operator, would I use them again??? Yeah after I’ve done my homework on their properties listed on their site and base it on reviews from 3rd party companies (not on their site) I know u be asking why?? The simple answer there are not many other operators left to compete unfortunately 😭

GBstayed at the president hotel blackpool… stayed at the president hotel blackpool the food was very good room was clean there is no fire evacuation instuctions in rooms the radiator in room did not work had to ask twice then on timed no chair in room. rooms dont look like pictures on website the offer on bar get one get one free is three beers and some spirits and the price of pint in the bar is inflated £5 a pint

GBAbsolutely rubbish customer service Absolutely rubbish customer service - promise you the earth & give you nothing! Polite as anything especially with their fake scripts but just have you going round in circles! I'm sure they are robots! Sam

GBOh my goodness this company STINKS Oh my goodness this company STINKS! What on earth has happened to them. When I first started using them approx 10 years ago Hotels.com were great and I always received a fantastic service and I was easily able to speak to a human with any queries. I was unable to get any sensible communication from their automated, idiotic, robot chat bot. So literally as I am tying this, I have been holding on a call to Hotel.com for over an hour and half trying to get compensation for an awful let down. They have cut me off twice and once I got through I have been tossed around from department to department and put on hold and made to listen to some crazy Spanish, guitar manic flamenco music which makes my whole head vibrate. My issue relates to when I recently travelled with my family to a very remote village in Wales and on arrival discovered the hotel we had booked had closed down. There was nowhere else to stay at such short notice so we had only one option and that was to turn around and drive back home through the night (a total of 10 hours driving in one day all stuffed in a mini - not my idea of a relaxing weekend break). I can never trust them again! The terrible after care customer service just adds insult to injury! However, I did finally get compensation so don’t give up if you find yourself in a similar situation. Note to the Hotels.com management - “sort yourselves out and demonstrate better consideration of your customers”
