Over-priced It was nice to skip the lines at the Moulin Rouge and have seats towards the front, but other than that there were no perks to reserving through this company. I knew that it was more expensive than booking on my own, but I wanted the security of a ride home late at night and decided to go through this company. First of all, the tickets are cheaper if you buy them at the Moulin Rouge, and the river cruises are as cheap as 7 to 14 euro. What was irritating was how much TIME everything took. I am ok with taking my time and relaxing--but there was no need for this tour to be as long as it was. We waited around after the cruise for a half hour to "eat," but I though it would be a better use of time to move on to another nearby tourist destination--like the Arc du Triumph. Paris is not that big of a city, and all that extra time spent driving between locations/waiting was not necessary if only to pad the time and make you feel like you go your money's worth. The show was good though.

Disappointing Wanted to take a trip to visit the British Sector D-day sites, but no joy, despite the efforts and helpfulness of Elodie ( thank you ). Opted instead for a trip to Mont St Michel. Spectacular place, but extremely commercialised. Disappointing tour guide though, as English expression was limited. Neither lunch nor entrance to the monastery was included, so it worked out a quite pricey experience.

The perfect way to grasp The Dordogne I went on line back in April to research how best to see The Dordogne without having to navigate on our own. I feel so fortunate to have come upon this tour and also the one we enjoyed the next day. Everything worked and was so well planned. An important aspect were our two guides, Anneliese and Marion. They were so enthusiastic and articulate, open to warm conversation and lots of insight into what we were seeing. Truly, you could not find any better way to make the acquaintance of this history-rich area than with these tours.

Be aware about RemisesEtPrivileges.fr Hello everyone, I noticed my bank account has been charged 18.90 Euro monthly, by RemisesEtPrivileges.fr. I was confused since I had never asked for it, and even did not remember what is this all about, I searched and found out that in February 2021 when I registered on the Auchan magazine online shopping, this page popped out and I thought it is a part of registration and filled the form, not knowing that there is a monthly charge, I feel being tricked, I stopped it but already they have got 132 Euro out of my account, I asked for a reimbursement but still no news just be aware.

WE ONLY HAD ONE DAY IN PARIS AND WE LOVED EVERY MINUTE !!!!! Our cruise included an opportunity to spend a day in "gay Paree ". Booked and paid for a private tour with France.com several months before we left so were a little apprehensive that no one would be there the day we docked . No worries, Gwen , our awesome driver and extremely knowledgable tour guide was waiting when we disembarked. He managed to hit all of the fabulous sites we wanted to see and also enjoy an outdoor cafe "people watching ." Kudos to John who helped us plan it and Gwen who made it happen !!!!!!
