GBBeautiful day trip to Giverny and Auvers sur Oise! We booked our Giverny/Auvers sur Oise trip with France.com. . Elodie at France.com was most helpful in assisting us with our booking. She answered any questions I had in a timely manner and was so very nice. The company that handled the trip was fantastic. Our tour guide, Isabelle was incredible! We had a wonderful day with her. She was so knowledgeable about Monet and Van Gogh, French history, Paris...everything! It was a very memorable day. I highly recommend this excursion. It was worth every euro!

GBWE ONLY HAD ONE DAY IN PARIS AND WE LOVED EVERY MINUTE !!!!! Our cruise included an opportunity to spend a day in "gay Paree ". Booked and paid for a private tour with France.com several months before we left so were a little apprehensive that no one would be there the day we docked . No worries, Gwen , our awesome driver and extremely knowledgable tour guide was waiting when we disembarked. He managed to hit all of the fabulous sites we wanted to see and also enjoy an outdoor cafe "people watching ." Kudos to John who helped us plan it and Gwen who made it happen !!!!!!

GBDisappointing Wanted to take a trip to visit the British Sector D-day sites, but no joy, despite the efforts and helpfulness of Elodie ( thank you ). Opted instead for a trip to Mont St Michel. Spectacular place, but extremely commercialised. Disappointing tour guide though, as English expression was limited. Neither lunch nor entrance to the monastery was included, so it worked out a quite pricey experience.

GBIKEA FRANCE IKEA FRANCE - shame on you with your return policy. Really poor customer service and misleading information on your website on returns

GBTerrible guide Guide was rude, arrogant, and uninformed. He said he had left school at 17, and was giving us his version of D-Day. To say it differed from reality would be a huge understatement. When asked about various monuments we encountered he said he did not know what they were. He wasn't "into" them.
