Beyond bad Beyond bad, prices changed during entering the credit card number. Unclear description of the service, tried to cancel within minutes of booking it, a first positive answer by a bot, was later denied by a real (??) person, who apparently spent most of their time trying to calculate how much time the next answer takes. Real BS avoid at all costs.

SO FRUSTRATING! Been trying to call / email / reach them everyday for the past 1 week to cancel my ticket on the corona virus. Managed to get them once on the phone but refused to refund the ticket! Booking the ticket on their website is fine if you want cheap tickets but if you want anything cancelled or changed, it is SUCH A HASSLE!

CHEAPTICKETS WON’T HONOR MY ROUND TRIP TICKET CANCELLED DUE TO COVID - OVER $400 AND PAID FOr WITH INSURANCE. I keep getting the run around that they can’t honor my Air Canada tickets - no understandable reason (this was after I reached their headquarters in California). BE FOREWARNED. DISHONEST so-called business.

Bait & switch Bait & switch. I made the reservation, then, lo and behold, there were no seats at that price for the month of December; BUT he would gladly upgrade me for more than twice the amount at which I booked the reservation.
