Worst experience ever Worst experience ever. I currently have a family emergency and need to travel from Belgium to US in a rush. I booked a flight on Icelandic Airlines through cheapflightsfares. The flight is delayed by more than 10 hours with no information provided for re-routing, rebooking, etc. I had to purchase another ticket on a different airline and, while Icelandic Air is willing to refund my ticket, cheapflightsfares, will refund only $700 of $1,100 charged to my card, and I even took their insurance. Update after 3 months: This company is clearly a scam operation, potential customers beware!! I even purchased their "insurance" in case of ticket changes. They refunded only a portion of the ticket cost while Icelandic Air informed me they would cancel my ticket with no penalty. I'll never use them again!

Beyond bad Beyond bad, prices changed during entering the credit card number. Unclear description of the service, tried to cancel within minutes of booking it, a first positive answer by a bot, was later denied by a real (??) person, who apparently spent most of their time trying to calculate how much time the next answer takes. Real BS avoid at all costs.

I had originally purchased a ticket for… I had originally purchased a ticket for may 17, to Orlando, ended up wanting to leave a day sooner , no problem paid to leave one day sooner, the travel agent didn't cancel the trip so it looked line we was a no show for the following days flight and they cancelled our flight and didn't tell us until we was at airport Sunday to leave. Never again will ever use cheaptickets. Never....

Dishonest business avoid at all cost Do not use buy your tickets from Cheaptickets. I booked for a friday flight and keyed in my details as per usual and made payments. However, upon receiving the confirmation email i noticed that the flight was shown Saturday instead. Wrote an email to their CS only got a reply to use their chatbot, and they will use the airline's policy nonsense to prevent a refund despite issues from their side. Ticket cost $80, cancellation fees $125 excluding airline fees. You do the math and wonder why customers don't even bother to proceed with their nonsense.

Customer Service virtually not… Customer Service virtually not existing. Our flight was automatically changed to another flight by the airline, which made our travel plans a mess. Changing the flight was not possible: the airline said, we need to talk with Cheaptickets. Cheaptickets has a chat bot which did not resolve anything and contacting by email is a joke, since they first ask you to confirm that you really want the email to be processed by them and that it is going to take five(!) days. So if anything goes wrong, don't count on this company, they will leave you alone.
