I bought two plane tickets I bought two plane tickets, each of which includes 20 kg of baggage allowance. A day before departure, Cheaptickets sent me an email saying that my baggage allowance had been removed. Then i called my airline to ask for information. I was later informed that no baggage allowance was EVER booked. Now I'm waiting for a response from CHEAPTICKETS, hopefully also my money.

I have booked two tickets with flight protection plan and they cancel return ticket and refund small portion of money but never really return a penny from flight protection plan They never answer when ever I call. Never ever using this website and including Travelocity, Orbitz, Hotels.com, Hotwire, Trivago, CheapTickets and eBookers, all owned by same garbage group

CHEAPTICKETS WON’T HONOR MY ROUND TRIP TICKET CANCELLED DUE TO COVID - OVER $400 AND PAID FOr WITH INSURANCE. I keep getting the run around that they can’t honor my Air Canada tickets - no understandable reason (this was after I reached their headquarters in California). BE FOREWARNED. DISHONEST so-called business.

Have never had a worse experience with… Have never had a worse experience with a company and their customer service. Booked a flight that said “no cancellation fee if canceled within 24 hours”. I called to cancel 15 hours later, spent 1.5 hours on the phone, just for them to tell me they can’t cancel. Will never use this website again. Legit false advertising.

DO NOT USE! Online only company for any support for bookings. I needed to change my ticket for bereavement reasons, and they will not contact the trade desks for an airline to do that. The agents are trained with scripts to ensure that they get your money, and will not do any work or incur any charges to support issues you may have. They will not get on the phone with an airline and do anything on your behalf. Use them at your own risk, but I promise you it's not worth it. If you buy a ticket, you'll be lucky to fly or be able to use your ticket in anyway. Do not use budgetair.com, CheapTickets, Vayama, Vliegwinkel and Flugladen. The company is affiliated with SGR, ANVR, IATA and the Dutch Home Shopping Organization. They are fraudsters, IMHO, and the company executives and ownership should be in jail.
