I have booked two tickets with flight protection plan and they cancel return ticket and refund small portion of money but never really return a penny from flight protection plan They never answer when ever I call. SO FRUSTRATING! Been trying to call / email / reach them everyday for the past 1 week to cancel my ticket on the corona virus. Managed to get them once on the phone but refused to refund the ticket! Booking the ticket on their website is fine if you want cheap tickets but if you want anything cancelled or changed, it is SUCH A HASSLE!

Cheaptickets have degenerated over… Cheaptickets have degenerated over time. Have booked there for 7 years, but their practices have devolved so much it's over just had a booking to Orlando where my my outbound flight got changed from 1:50 hour stopover to a 1 day and 1:50 hour without notification. 5 hours spent on their ridiculously poor call center - ended up with new tickets that are not visible on the united website. Game over no more cheaptickets RIP

I had originally purchased a ticket for… I had originally purchased a ticket for may 17, to Orlando, ended up wanting to leave a day sooner , no problem paid to leave one day sooner, the travel agent didn't cancel the trip so it looked line we was a no show for the following days flight and they cancelled our flight and didn't tell us until we was at airport Sunday to leave. Never again will ever use cheaptickets. Never....
