Then they told me it can take up to 10 days before I get my money back. But they said to make up we give you a voucher of 15 euro. Hopeless company. Never book with them.

DO NOT USE! Online only company for any support for bookings. I needed to change my ticket for bereavement reasons, and they will not contact the trade desks for an airline to do that. The agents are trained with scripts to ensure that they get your money, and will not do any work or incur any charges to support issues you may have. They will not get on the phone with an airline and do anything on your behalf. Use them at your own risk, but I promise you it's not worth it. If you buy a ticket, you'll be lucky to fly or be able to use your ticket in anyway. Do not use budgetair.com, CheapTickets, Vayama, Vliegwinkel and Flugladen. The company is affiliated with SGR, ANVR, IATA and the Dutch Home Shopping Organization. They are fraudsters, IMHO, and the company executives and ownership should be in jail.
