SO FRUSTRATING! Been trying to call / email / reach them everyday for the past 1 week to cancel my ticket on the corona virus. Managed to get them once on the phone but refused to refund the ticket! Booking the ticket on their website is fine if you want cheap tickets but if you want anything cancelled or changed, it is SUCH A HASSLE!

Really really crappy Service Really really crappy Service. I have booked two tickets with flight protection plan and they cancel return ticket and refund small portion of money but never really return a penny from flight protection plan They never answer when ever I call. Never ever using this website and including Travelocity, Orbitz, Hotels.com, Hotwire, Trivago, CheapTickets and eBookers, all owned by same garbage group

Beyond bad Beyond bad, prices changed during entering the credit card number. Unclear description of the service, tried to cancel within minutes of booking it, a first positive answer by a bot, was later denied by a real (??) person, who apparently spent most of their time trying to calculate how much time the next answer takes. Real BS avoid at all costs.

Have never had a worse experience with… Have never had a worse experience with a company and their customer service. Booked a flight that said “no cancellation fee if canceled within 24 hours”. I called to cancel 15 hours later, spent 1.5 hours on the phone, just for them to tell me they can’t cancel. Will never use this website again. Legit false advertising.

Customer Service virtually not… Customer Service virtually not existing. Our flight was automatically changed to another flight by the airline, which made our travel plans a mess. Changing the flight was not possible: the airline said, we need to talk with Cheaptickets. Cheaptickets has a chat bot which did not resolve anything and contacting by email is a joke, since they first ask you to confirm that you really want the email to be processed by them and that it is going to take five(!) days. So if anything goes wrong, don't count on this company, they will leave you alone.
