If I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT USE last minute! They do not confirm your flights instantly like other companies, so by the time they get round to booking them the seats are gone!!!! As happened in our case, go direct with the airline and get instant confirmation! These people are not transparent about their processes as when you send your money you care only sending a booking request NOT confirming a booking! BEWARE

Terrible standards and foreign customer service in India Scam! They sell single rooms as doubles and the hotels say 5* but are not- This is the sites rating no way five star- avoid this company scam Holidays poor quality and use customer services companies based aboard - golden bay hotel- falling apart AVOID THEM !

We booked by Booking.com a trip for 4… We booked by Booking.com a trip for 4 persons to Dubrovnik. Flight + hotel. When I paid, immediately I was sent to "Lastminute.com". Never heard of it!! I had to cancel the whole trip 14 days later, because the flights to Durbrovnik by Air Serbia were cancelled. So now I lose all my money! 3.200€!! Although I contacted the hotel as Air Serbia, and they confirmed that they send the money back to Lastminute.com. I have thes on mail, but the only money I got back is 202€!!! Lawyer is contacted, and confirmed to take the case! Please NEVER book with Lastminute.com!! I lose now 3.000€!! De Preter K.

Disgusting approach by customer… Disgusting approach by customer service. They charged me twice for the air tickets my account was overdrawn. Simply said it is not their fault and I should be contacting my bank and air line. Both Bank and Airline said it wasn't them at fault. And It is the Lastminute.com, Who act as my travel agent. Call three times and last one simply said, if you out of money it is not my problem. you can stave to death. I am waiting their response back from after formally complain through "Ajust" but seems like I am loosing money on this. I should have looked at the reviews and not gone ahead with them.

Avoid at all costs We have been trying to get our money back from this company since June. No one can afford to lose hundreds and hundreds of pounds but I’d been hoping to take my wife on a few days holiday in scotland because she has a tumour on her kidney and is now quite unwell. I feel that last minute don’t care one jot about our situation and it seems the only Avenue open now is legal action and involving the press. It’s absolutely scandalous.
