GBNumber one flyer Flight attendances were kind , well mannered, maintained high class standards towards each other and passengers. Food was good quality. Comfortable flight throughout and always kept us up-to-date with turbulence, although I managed to sleep through. The pilot,We put a lot of faith in them. I can imagine it is a huge responsibility of flying such an enormous transportation. Leaving the plane. We'll wishing everyone a great holiday, very genuine. I'd fly with air Mauritius anywhere if it were possible.

GBBetter than its reputation Despite all the negative reviews here, some flights proceed without any problem as did ours out of Gatwick to and from Mauritius in April 2024. Whilst not the best long haul flights we’ve experienced, they were not bad except that dinner on the return flight was dreadful. Their app is quite user friendly for booking seats and online check in as well as any potential delays. Subtitles on the films and TV series would also have been appreciated.

GB3 year old seat NOT booked together! Absolutely appalled with Air Mauritius and the way we were treated. Booked 5 months in advanced only told a family of 3 are not sitting together. A 3 year old child? Mother sitting behind the child, and I am at the back of the plane! Mr Vel thinks this is ok? Absolutely dreading the flight home. BTW this a ploy for you to PAY to change your seats! Air Mauritius used to be great but this? (Please note there were helpful gate staff & crew) but Customer service training is needed - for management!

GBOutrageous customer service Arrived early for baggage check in and was only informed as I was checking in that the flight was delayed for 6 hours due to it leaving late! No apology given. I completed their claim form for compensation but heard nothing back despite frequent emails and trying to reach them via phone (the lines always seem to be engaged) I ended up reaching out to a third party who got in touch with them and told them my claim had been rejected, no explanation as to why and seems outrageous considering the rules regarding compensation. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU CAN

GBWorld's worst Airline World's worst Airline. Flight cancelled. Delayed over 12 hours. Slept in airport as the didn't bother arranging hotels. Wouldn't allow us to use lounge facilities. Complaints procedure a joke Took months to agree compensation. Now they won't pay it. Do not fly with this airline, they will let you down and not care.
