AUAvoid Air Mauritius at all cost!!!! Avoid Air Mauritius at all cost, they are impossible to deal with. 2 different flight paths used with them, 3 Cancelled flights within that. They didn't have any accommodation available so we booked two extra nights, trying to get a refund from them on these two nights is impossible. absolute incompetent airline!!! I hope they can sort there S*%T out or this airline will go under, I am surprised the CEO still has a job after looking at all the reviews, must know people in high places!!!!

GBCancelled our flight Cancelled our flight, couldn't get through to anyone, the hotel informed us then we had to pay £833 for accommodation in an emergency. found out after that air mauritius has paid for other peoples hotel on our flight and now are refusing to pay ours. would not fly again, as a travel agent will be taking this further.

AUExcessive penalty fees I ask to postpone my return ticket to a later date. The penalty fee is higher than the present cost of the ticket itself!! No one attend to my complaint and keep repeating that the penalty fee is Rs 39,860!! to change a return ticket. Shame on you Air Mauritius, you are a thief !!

GBOutrageous customer service Arrived early for baggage check in and was only informed as I was checking in that the flight was delayed for 6 hours due to it leaving late! No apology given. I completed their claim form for compensation but heard nothing back despite frequent emails and trying to reach them via phone (the lines always seem to be engaged) I ended up reaching out to a third party who got in touch with them and told them my claim had been rejected, no explanation as to why and seems outrageous considering the rules regarding compensation. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU CAN

GBShocking. 0 stars for customer service We were meant to be travelling with Air Mauritius. They cancelled our flight with NO notification via email. Our holiday provider notified us. They removed our booking reference without providing a new one so we couldn't access our booking online via their website. We paid for extra services which we needed a refund for due to the cancellation. After 40 minutes waiting on the phone I was given incorrect information how to go about this by the customer service person.
