World's worst Airline World's worst Airline. Flight cancelled. Delayed over 12 hours. Slept in airport as the didn't bother arranging hotels. Wouldn't allow us to use lounge facilities. Complaints procedure a joke Took months to agree compensation. Now they won't pay it. Do not fly with this airline, they will let you down and not care.

3 year old seat NOT booked together! Absolutely appalled with Air Mauritius and the way we were treated. Booked 5 months in advanced only told a family of 3 are not sitting together. A 3 year old child? Mother sitting behind the child, and I am at the back of the plane! Mr Vel thinks this is ok? Absolutely dreading the flight home. BTW this a ploy for you to PAY to change your seats! Air Mauritius used to be great but this? (Please note there were helpful gate staff & crew) but Customer service training is needed - for management!

£40 to sit together, despite choice of over 100 seats. Checked in online 24 hours before flight from Mauritius to Gatwick. Well over 100 seats to choose from, but my wife and I had been allocated different seat rows. EVERY spare seat (even the ones on our individual rows) were marked as 'extra comfort' and incurred an additional charge, so I had to fork out about £40 to sit next to my wife. This is obviously a deliberate ploy, which you might expect from certain slimy budget airlines but when you're forking out the best part of £1k for a return journey, in my opinion this is cheap, nasty, profiteering & sly business practice. Air Mauritius you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Appalling airline Initial outbound flight cancelled, had to fly next day. Paid for seat with extra leg room (nightmare experience with website and poor assistance from customer service). On return flight we were not informed at checkin that our seats had been changed and only found out as we passed to the gate. Very rude and offhand treatment by agent and in the end no extra leg room and couldn’t sit together with my wife. Appalling service and still haven’t received their derisory offer of £89 refund. Our flight was January 2023 and we are now in November. Worst airline ever experienced and are actively discouraging using them.

Number one flyer Flight attendances were kind , well mannered, maintained high class standards towards each other and passengers. Food was good quality. Comfortable flight throughout and always kept us up-to-date with turbulence, although I managed to sleep through. The pilot,We put a lot of faith in them. I can imagine it is a huge responsibility of flying such an enormous transportation. Leaving the plane. We'll wishing everyone a great holiday, very genuine. I'd fly with air Mauritius anywhere if it were possible.
