GBFly ba . Save the stress and money Air Mauritius as a airline is a unbelievable joke of a company. It cancelled 4 flights on us , one with no phone call. The delays on the flight over should have warned me. This has been a awful experience. I finally got home 5 days after we expected.

GBShocking. 0 stars for customer service We were meant to be travelling with Air Mauritius. They cancelled our flight with NO notification via email. Our holiday provider notified us. They removed our booking reference without providing a new one so we couldn't access our booking online via their website. We paid for extra services which we needed a refund for due to the cancellation. After 40 minutes waiting on the phone I was given incorrect information how to go about this by the customer service person.

AUIf we could give 0 stars we would If we could give 0 stars we would. Currently sitting at Mauritius airport after our connecting flight to London yesterday got cancelled. Back to the airport today to be told this one is 'delayed' but they have no idea until when or why. Absolutely abhorrent service/information provided.

GBNEVER AGAIN!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!! our flight from Gatwick was delayed by over 9 hours and no offer of food or drink. finally arrived in Mauritius, waited over 2 hours for baggage only to find out that my mums suitcase was not put on plane at Gatwick because the check in staff was too busy chit chatting with others and on his phone so he didn't tag it. Given a ref no. in Mauritius and told I could track, but to date nothing! my mums case is still missing to date and have had no response from Air Mauritius. They ignore emails and refuse to answer phone. Aeroplanes are budget to say the least with cold food, uncomfortable seats, below par for international long haul flight, been on better planes to Canary Islands. Will never use this outfit again.... even the locals don't like using them and that's saying something.

GBNumber one flyer Flight attendances were kind , well mannered, maintained high class standards towards each other and passengers. Food was good quality. Comfortable flight throughout and always kept us up-to-date with turbulence, although I managed to sleep through. The pilot,We put a lot of faith in them. I can imagine it is a huge responsibility of flying such an enormous transportation. Leaving the plane. We'll wishing everyone a great holiday, very genuine. I'd fly with air Mauritius anywhere if it were possible.
