GBI scheduled a ride and put in my credit… I scheduled a ride and put in my credit card information on 4-27-24. The app stated a driver was on the way, then that it was 15 min away etc. But the driver never showed up! I have tried to contact Lyft but there is no way that they will allow me to do that!

GBI use Lyft consistently for work I use Lyft consistently for work. The main issue is that it is a gamble with who you get as a driver. Some people can speak both Spanish and English, and some people know how to translate, but some drivers do not know English at all and do not use translate. I’ve spent countless rides translating for the driver on how to use a gate code and how to understand the app. This shouldn’t be the responsibility of the rider but the company itself. This is costly because a few times the driver hasn’t even bothered to use a gate code and causes the rider to walk. I’ve also had experiences where drivers are rude because they get mad at you for not translating. This will cost you a lot of business, and I'm sure with other customers as well if you do not fix this or if you only operate in primarily Spanish speaking areas.

GBI have been using Lyft for years and… I have been using Lyft for years and never had any problem until last week! I received a promotion of $8.00 off each ride up to 3 rides. Then I wanted to take advantage of the promotion; so, I got on a ride to downtown Philadelphia with a return ride. I expected to get $16.0 off for my 2 rides but to my surprise, I was charged the complete fare. I tried to speak with their customer service but did not succeed. $16.00 may not be that big of a deal but the fact that Lyft did not honor their promotion evoked me decide to say goodbye to Lyft forever!

CATotally disappointed!! Never ride again!!! Book a ride at 5.40 Driver supposed to come at 5.46 as the confirmation. But on the map noticed he is going far away from my location. Then msg him and asked whether he is coming. He said on the way. But he is going 17 minutes far away and then he mentioned he is on the way. Then he came to pick up me at 6. 27 pm. Totally disappointed about the service and the way the driver acted. I was waiting after works to going home to my kids and because of this I had to paid extra $15 per kid, to Nanny. Never need to ride again with them and decide to go back with Uber or any other service. Wish I can give 0 start to this service. Totally upset about the service I have all evidence and time to time screen shots.

GBThey are absolutely horrible and when… They are absolutely horrible and when something goes wrong, they do not want to refund your money or give you a credit on your account. This is how they do business people do not use them. Uber. Uber is a lot better.
