Then lastly he states “idk this just seems so far” n I responded n said you can see the location before you pick the ride . So to save my ass I changed the address I was going to to an address down the street to b in the save side n I can see this man turned I. His blinkers n drives off really really slow . I den take precaution like yo dis is not right so I kinda go towards the grass inna dark I can see him parked towards as if he’s waiting on him to pass him walking by . Even then I have not walked in my house I stand dere because I felt as if it’s saver to have my ass other den dis man forever knowing where I live n he literally turns his lights off !!!!! Totally disappointed!! Never ride again!!! Book a ride at 5.40 Driver supposed to come at 5.46 as the confirmation. But on the map noticed he is going far away from my location. Then msg him and asked whether he is coming. He said on the way. But he is going 17 minutes far away and then he mentioned he is on the way. Then he came to pick up me at 6. 27 pm. Totally disappointed about the service and the way the driver acted. I was waiting after works to going home to my kids and because of this I had to paid extra $15 per kid, to Nanny. Never need to ride again with them and decide to go back with Uber or any other service. Wish I can give 0 start to this service. Totally upset about the service I have all evidence and time to time screen shots.

Was quoted $26 and then charged $36 for… Was quoted $26 and then charged $36 for normal trip taken several times. You canceled my initial driver and sent another one who went completely the wrong way to pick me up and then went to a completely different pick up location. Drove like he had never driven a car I will go back to using Uber.

Lyft charged me for two trips of $53… Lyft charged me for two trips of $53 and I never was picked up. Will have to dispute charge at the bank. Lyft has no customer service to dispute their findings.

Lyft and Uber are a joke I’m a driver for Lyft I started in November and I was making good money for them I went to a platinum driver almost immediately and I carried a a 6 star rating in December my car broke down and I was out of work for 2 months while I tried to repair my car finally got a loan to get it fixed so I could return to work for them and the first 2.5 weeks were good then I started getting less and less rides until I was making only 20.00 to 26.00 dollars a day and when I complained about it I was told that they were just being fair to the other drivers i later found out that they fairness was that the other drivers were getting 2 to 3 times more riders than I was sounds like sour grapes but I don’t care anymore. I would tell anyone in Yuma Arizona to stop using Lyft or Uber here because you will get the same rude inconsiderate people thank you for your time
