CAHORRENDOUS customer service in response to fraud Someone made an account with their name but using my stolen credit card info. After I saw that they had spent hundreds on Lyft in a short time span, I put my card on hold and contacted Lyft (via email; there is no phone number to call for customer support which is crazy for time sensitive matters!) to ask for a refund but more importantly, that they immediately remove my credit and/or debit card(s) info from their system. After providing them with the proof they requested, all I’ve gotten is a couple of nonsensical replies to my emails that indicated that each person replying had no idea what had been going on prior, even tho it was all part of the same email chain. It’s been a week now, other bill payments have been interferes with as I can’t lift the hold until this company removes my payment information from their system, and they have stopped responding. Now I have to get an entirely new credit card, which takes even more time, and eat the hundreds that was stolen from me. PISSED.

USI drove for them for 5 months up until… I drove for them for 5 months up until yesterday. Lyft seems to be for/support the endangerment of children. On the regular Id have some horrible mother try and get in my car with an infant with no car seat. I’d tell them I couldn’t do that and I would need to cancel and they would be refunded. They reported me for racism and Lyft permanently deactivated me and I can no longer support my family. Before that I had a passenger throw a rock at my car because I wouldn’t pick them up on another occasion with a baby without a car seat. I sent Lyft The pictures of the damage to my vehicle and the passenger in response reported me for racism. Either they don’t care and believe any and all claims regardless of my almost perfect rating and my recorded rides proving there was no racism or they support the endangerment of children. I’ve already obtained an attorney to sue them for illegal termination.

CATotally disappointed!! Never ride again!!! Book a ride at 5.40 Driver supposed to come at 5.46 as the confirmation. But on the map noticed he is going far away from my location. Then msg him and asked whether he is coming. He said on the way. But he is going 17 minutes far away and then he mentioned he is on the way. Then he came to pick up me at 6. 27 pm. Totally disappointed about the service and the way the driver acted. I was waiting after works to going home to my kids and because of this I had to paid extra $15 per kid, to Nanny. Never need to ride again with them and decide to go back with Uber or any other service. Wish I can give 0 start to this service. Totally upset about the service I have all evidence and time to time screen shots.

USWas quoted $26 and then charged $36 for… Was quoted $26 and then charged $36 for normal trip taken several times. You canceled my initial driver and sent another one who went completely the wrong way to pick me up and then went to a completely different pick up location. Drove like he had never driven a car I will go back to using Uber.

USThey are absolutely horrible and when… They are absolutely horrible and when something goes wrong, they do not want to refund your money or give you a credit on your account. This is how they do business people do not use them. Uber. Uber is a lot better.
