GBWatch out Watch out, people. Somehow, they've made it where they can automatically take their money out of your account for a tip. It updates later on, and you cannot get in touch with Lyft's customer service. That's what I hate about them. You should not be able to establish your company if nobody can get in touch with you to dispute issues.

GBThe new “diversity and inclusive”… The new “diversity and inclusive” implementations are an absolute joke. Their drivers? Due to being 1099 they are able to have their civil rights violated at wills by this company and they are habitual at doing so. They couldn’t care less if you’re on of their drivers, people complain you’re Black? They might ban the driver to appease the riders. Looking to submit medical documentation under the ADA? Well they couldn’t care less about what a Board Certified Medical Doctor has to say, but hey they went and directly copied a company to a T so they must be more qualified than a 10 year college/residency graduate. I mean they saw another company, copied literally ever aspect about it, and then put a mustache on the front 😂 I met the creator, or copier I should say, and I wonder if your mustache is still dyed pink? This is why you go with the company who started it all and not the hack who thought giant pink mustaches on their cars would set them apart, until after a few months when they would start to turn black 😂 did use them when they came out in SF, hired the worst drivers and was involved in an accident due to one. Uber has never failed me once!

CAHORRENDOUS customer service in response to fraud Someone made an account with their name but using my stolen credit card info. After I saw that they had spent hundreds on Lyft in a short time span, I put my card on hold and contacted Lyft (via email; there is no phone number to call for customer support which is crazy for time sensitive matters!) to ask for a refund but more importantly, that they immediately remove my credit and/or debit card(s) info from their system. After providing them with the proof they requested, all I’ve gotten is a couple of nonsensical replies to my emails that indicated that each person replying had no idea what had been going on prior, even tho it was all part of the same email chain. It’s been a week now, other bill payments have been interferes with as I can’t lift the hold until this company removes my payment information from their system, and they have stopped responding. Now I have to get an entirely new credit card, which takes even more time, and eat the hundreds that was stolen from me. PISSED.

GBI have been using Lyft for years and… I have been using Lyft for years and never had any problem until last week! I received a promotion of $8.00 off each ride up to 3 rides. Then I wanted to take advantage of the promotion; so, I got on a ride to downtown Philadelphia with a return ride. I expected to get $16.0 off for my 2 rides but to my surprise, I was charged the complete fare. I tried to speak with their customer service but did not succeed. $16.00 may not be that big of a deal but the fact that Lyft did not honor their promotion evoked me decide to say goodbye to Lyft forever!
