Watch out Watch out, people. Somehow, they've made it where they can automatically take their money out of your account for a tip. It updates later on, and you cannot get in touch with Lyft's customer service. That's what I hate about them. You should not be able to establish your company if nobody can get in touch with you to dispute issues.

Don’t work for this company Don’t work for this company, a friend was one ride away from getting his bonus…and how convenient lift disabled his app so he couldn’t drive . He called the customer service to see what happened. And the person straight up lies says he can’t help and there’s no person to help in that department and that he will be contacted through email within 24-48 hours . 2 days later he spoke to lift again in that department that the person said there’s no one he can talk to . And once again they lied and said someone complained about non working seat belts which is another lie. And that they tried to email him , which is another lie. This company scams their drivers . And by the looks of these reviews they scam their riders too. Meanwhile my friend is going through hardship trying to feed his 3 kids and this company is just taking , like they don’t make enough. What a sad world we live in. Beware of this company

They are absolutely horrible and when… They are absolutely horrible and when something goes wrong, they do not want to refund your money or give you a credit on your account. This is how they do business people do not use them. Uber. Uber is a lot better.

I have been using Lyft for years and… I have been using Lyft for years and never had any problem until last week! I received a promotion of $8.00 off each ride up to 3 rides. Then I wanted to take advantage of the promotion; so, I got on a ride to downtown Philadelphia with a return ride. I expected to get $16.0 off for my 2 rides but to my surprise, I was charged the complete fare. I tried to speak with their customer service but did not succeed. $16.00 may not be that big of a deal but the fact that Lyft did not honor their promotion evoked me decide to say goodbye to Lyft forever!

I scheduled a ride and put in my credit… I scheduled a ride and put in my credit card information on 4-27-24. The app stated a driver was on the way, then that it was 15 min away etc. But the driver never showed up! I have tried to contact Lyft but there is no way that they will allow me to do that!
