USI scheduled a ride and put in my credit… I scheduled a ride and put in my credit card information on 4-27-24. The app stated a driver was on the way, then that it was 15 min away etc. But the driver never showed up! I have tried to contact Lyft but there is no way that they will allow me to do that!

USWatch out Watch out, people. Somehow, they've made it where they can automatically take their money out of your account for a tip. It updates later on, and you cannot get in touch with Lyft's customer service. That's what I hate about them. You should not be able to establish your company if nobody can get in touch with you to dispute issues.

USDon’t ever I mean don’t ever confirm a ride from Jose Don’t ever I mean don’t ever confirm a ride Dat has dis license plate # VRY2746 his name is Jose he asked me soon w got on the eway where I was going n why . So I proceeded n said my peoples place after Dat he goes n asked am I visiting people ? N I was like why does it matter what I’m doing . Then lastly he states “idk this just seems so far” n I responded n said you can see the location before you pick the ride . So to save my ass I changed the address I was going to to an address down the street to b in the save side n I can see this man turned I. His blinkers n drives off really really slow . I den take precaution like yo dis is not right so I kinda go towards the grass inna dark I can see him parked towards as if he’s waiting on him to pass him walking by . Even then I have not walked in my house I stand dere because I felt as if it’s saver to have my ass other den dis man forever knowing where I live n he literally turns his lights off !!!!! Watch out ladies his name is Jose he needs to b FIRED ASAP @LYFT

USNo offense howerver ghey hire a bunch… No offense howerver they hire a bunch of different cultural people who dont even understand most times how to read the gps!!! They mark that they arrive when they havent even reach the destination to pick u up

USI was charged over $70 for my Lyft… I was charged over $70 for my Lyft ride. I was taken to a destination that would have been a sketch part and Atlanta that I never put in for my trip. I was supposed to go directly from Buford to Braselton and was taken to Atlanta. This did not only, jeopardize my safety, but also charged way too much. The driver was nice and I do not necessarily blame him as as he was sitting in the driveway waiting for me (As I was looking for my phone, I clearly couldn’t have added anything) A new address was added as a stopping point before going to Braselton. I have tried going through the app and of course there or no way to communicate with an agent via chat or on the phone, I am going to take further action if I do not get some sort of communication regarding this matter. I am a single mom and putting my safety and Jeopardy as well as overcharging me is not OK now it is clear there are no customer service numbers
