GBI have been using Lyft for years and… I have been using Lyft for years and never had any problem until last week! I received a promotion of $8.00 off each ride up to 3 rides. Then I wanted to take advantage of the promotion; so, I got on a ride to downtown Philadelphia with a return ride. I expected to get $16.0 off for my 2 rides but to my surprise, I was charged the complete fare. I tried to speak with their customer service but did not succeed. $16.00 may not be that big of a deal but the fact that Lyft did not honor their promotion evoked me decide to say goodbye to Lyft forever!

GBLyft and Uber are a joke I’m a driver for Lyft I started in November and I was making good money for them I went to a platinum driver almost immediately and I carried a a 6 star rating in December my car broke down and I was out of work for 2 months while I tried to repair my car finally got a loan to get it fixed so I could return to work for them and the first 2.5 weeks were good then I started getting less and less rides until I was making only 20.00 to 26.00 dollars a day and when I complained about it I was told that they were just being fair to the other drivers i later found out that they fairness was that the other drivers were getting 2 to 3 times more riders than I was sounds like sour grapes but I don’t care anymore. I would tell anyone in Yuma Arizona to stop using Lyft or Uber here because you will get the same rude inconsiderate people thank you for your time

GBI was charged over $70 for my Lyft… I was charged over $70 for my Lyft ride. I was taken to a destination that would have been a sketch part and Atlanta that I never put in for my trip. I was supposed to go directly from Buford to Braselton and was taken to Atlanta. This did not only, jeopardize my safety, but also charged way too much. The driver was nice and I do not necessarily blame him as as he was sitting in the driveway waiting for me (As I was looking for my phone, I clearly couldn’t have added anything) A new address was added as a stopping point before going to Braselton. I have tried going through the app and of course there or no way to communicate with an agent via chat or on the phone, I am going to take further action if I do not get some sort of communication regarding this matter. I am a single mom and putting my safety and Jeopardy as well as overcharging me is not OK now it is clear there are no customer service numbers

GBLyft charged me for two trips of $53… Lyft charged me for two trips of $53 and I never was picked up. Will have to dispute charge at the bank. Lyft has no customer service to dispute their findings.

GBWas quoted $26 and then charged $36 for… Was quoted $26 and then charged $36 for normal trip taken several times. You canceled my initial driver and sent another one who went completely the wrong way to pick me up and then went to a completely different pick up location. Drove like he had never driven a car I will go back to using Uber.
