GBLyft is a joke You think Lyft is a legitimate nationwide business. However what they've done is create nothing but an app, with zero customer service behind it. There is an app. It connects drivers and riders. That's it. So as long as everything goes perfectly, no worries. It just works. The moment something goes off track, you are completely screwed. Their customer service is practically non-existent, having been outsourced to a completely worthless Zendesk outfit based in some foreign country. Lose an item? Too bad. All they'll say is "We realize thats frustrating. Unfortunately drivers are contractors and we cant require them to do anything." They respond at the rate of about 1 email every 3 days. Also if you get locked out of your account, you'll find its more difficult to get back into than any credit card, bank account, government system, etc. Why? Because its more secure? No, its because their backend is garbage and their customer service is garbage. They literally don't have a system to get you back into your account if you don't have your 2FA device because they don't give a crap and can't be bothered to provide actual customer service. Lyft has lost me as a customer. I will literally never use their app again. Even if it seems like the convenient option at some time, I will take a cab, or a different ride share, or get a scooter, or take public transport, or walk, or hitch hike before I ever use Lyft again.

GBThey are absolutely horrible and when… They are absolutely horrible and when something goes wrong, they do not want to refund your money or give you a credit on your account. This is how they do business people do not use them. Uber. Uber is a lot better.

GBDon’t work for this company Don’t work for this company, a friend was one ride away from getting his bonus…and how convenient lift disabled his app so he couldn’t drive . He called the customer service to see what happened. And the person straight up lies says he can’t help and there’s no person to help in that department and that he will be contacted through email within 24-48 hours . 2 days later he spoke to lift again in that department that the person said there’s no one he can talk to . And once again they lied and said someone complained about non working seat belts which is another lie. And that they tried to email him , which is another lie. This company scams their drivers . And by the looks of these reviews they scam their riders too. Meanwhile my friend is going through hardship trying to feed his 3 kids and this company is just taking , like they don’t make enough. What a sad world we live in. Beware of this company

GBApp chose dangerous pickup location I've been using Lyft for years and previously, it would have driver pickup at my exact address. For some strange, unsafe, exhausting and dangerous reason, the app chose to have me walk in the dark to an address 4 blocks away, down a busy highway. I called the driver to give exact address for pickup. When driver entered address in app, driver was sent 10 blocks from actual pickup address. 😳 the app would not allow to edit pickup location without CANCELING ride, which would have charged me for THEIR ERROR. if this continues, I will go back to using UBER.

CATotally disappointed!! Never ride again!!! Book a ride at 5.40 Driver supposed to come at 5.46 as the confirmation. But on the map noticed he is going far away from my location. Then msg him and asked whether he is coming. He said on the way. But he is going 17 minutes far away and then he mentioned he is on the way. Then he came to pick up me at 6. 27 pm. Totally disappointed about the service and the way the driver acted. I was waiting after works to going home to my kids and because of this I had to paid extra $15 per kid, to Nanny. Never need to ride again with them and decide to go back with Uber or any other service. Wish I can give 0 start to this service. Totally upset about the service I have all evidence and time to time screen shots.
