I booked a flight using Budgetair in… I booked a flight using Budgetair in December 2022. Unfortunately, my airline canceled my flight that was booked initially using budgetair. I contacted the airline, and they are apologetic and willing to return the money. I sent 30 emails to budget air, and the issue has not been resolved. Budget air customer correspondents are not responding to my request. This has been a big headache and a hassle. It does not provide the best customer experience as they don't have a phone number. All communication is done only using email. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could contact me and get this resolved.

Paid for a ticket then they cancelled it! Paid for a ticket via skyscanner and after an hour of the payment being processed, it said all tickets were sold out?! Why charge my card before checking if there are any available spaces? This is ridiculous. By the time I found out they had cancelled my flight, it was too late and all the tickets were too expensive! AVOID this disorganised company...

This is the worst travel business I had… This is the worst travel business I had to deal with. Paid a round trip tickets 2 month ahead and only received one, with the other one pending until 2 days before departure. Called their agents several times and each one telling a lie.

BEYOND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BEYOND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Booked a flight to Seoul from Shanghai. Instead of landing at 8 pm, the plane landed close to 11 making me miss an important business meeting I was meant to be attending in the first place. On the way back, over 2 hour delay as-well. No warning from Ctrip. Ended up wasting a whole weekend, a ton of money and never made it to the business meeting. When I confronted Ctrip about it and asked for some type of compensation for their incompetence, I got given a bunch of excuses and got hung up on. Basically you pay for a service that you never receive. Absolute bullocks!

Even worse follow up to a bad review So, in response to my review below, ctrip just called saying that I had made a mistake on their system. I think they are confused about their own policy. There is a big difference between changing a name on a flight and correcting a name on a flight. I am the same person! However, it seems to be ctrips policy to just deflect liability rather than help their customers. Wrong attitude and I won't be using them again. It feels like they only called to antagonize me having basically stolen the 600rmb from me.
