I booked a flight to visit my father I booked a flight to visit my father. However, sadly he passed away unexpectedly and I needed to refund the ticket so I could get out immediately to see the body. Customer support were very polite but claimed they were not aware of EU regulations on distance selling that guarantee the right to cancel within fourteen days. Ignorance as a defence. In the end, I had to fork out an extra few hundred pounds just after Christmas to rebook. I did see the one star rating on skyscanner but thought it was an acceptable risk. Please think twice.

As another persons saids the worse… As another persons saids the worse company ever; I had a bad experience experience with the chatbot or automatically answer from the system; made us to waste time and money. Customer service kindly but don’t solve a thing; just wash out the hands and don’t care of anything; “you can contact directly with the airline to get better answers” no I payed to your company you should solve the problem. Really awful.

Beyond a joke. Beyond a joke. It's like their customer service department is a guy sat in his boxers having a laugh. Booked a flight with them without being given the option of adding baggage. Didn't have a choice but to book said flight anyway because of unforeseen volcano cirmcumstances. Contact them to add a bag and they're just like 'nah, bye'. I hope this company dissolves into nothing leaving a load of unemployable individuals on the losing side of a battle with karma.

I booked a flight using Budgetair in… I booked a flight using Budgetair in December 2022. Unfortunately, my airline canceled my flight that was booked initially using budgetair. I contacted the airline, and they are apologetic and willing to return the money. I sent 30 emails to budget air, and the issue has not been resolved. Budget air customer correspondents are not responding to my request. This has been a big headache and a hassle. It does not provide the best customer experience as they don't have a phone number. All communication is done only using email. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could contact me and get this resolved.

Trying to book a BA ticket from London … Trying to book a BA ticket from London to Basel, Switzerland and when I go to do the payment details, it keeps saying payment card type is wrong when it isn't! I am paying with a visa debit card and it's telling me its the wrong type but why?!?! Can't book my ticket and after seeing all these reviews I feel put off. Sky scanner is a very trusted website and to be going through a 'secure booking' on sky scanner and it not being like that all because of Ctrip is making them look terrible.
