This is the worst company ever and… This is the worst company ever and should literally shut down. Please do not use their services. They are swindlers, unhelpful and get away from offering real assistance by going back and forth with a client. My brother's flight from Wuhan to Shanghai was canceled last minute. He eas unable to connect to the rest of his trip. Now they want him to buy a ridiculously expensive ticket and will not give him the full refund. He is about to become an illegal migrant in China because of this. This happened on the 11th of July. Up to now, no solution. What an inconvenience. I strongly recommend that you ti not use Ctrip. Pathetic service.

Poor Poor service… We are currently having a terrible terrible experience with a trip. Booked a flight from Wuhan to Zimbabwe months in advance. A few days before the trip the flight got cancelled. We reached out to ctrip for assistance and they want additional money for a rebooking. Agent service are so poor when you ask to speak with the manager they refuse and tell you I’m giving you the best service according to our policy. When we inquired about a refund they want to deduct a significant portion from the money. Please please do not use this service. Beyond a joke. Beyond a joke. It's like their customer service department is a guy sat in his boxers having a laugh. Booked a flight with them without being given the option of adding baggage. Didn't have a choice but to book said flight anyway because of unforeseen volcano cirmcumstances. Contact them to add a bag and they're just like 'nah, bye'. I hope this company dissolves into nothing leaving a load of unemployable individuals on the losing side of a battle with karma.

Paid for a ticket then they cancelled it! Paid for a ticket via skyscanner and after an hour of the payment being processed, it said all tickets were sold out?! Why charge my card before checking if there are any available spaces? This is ridiculous. By the time I found out they had cancelled my flight, it was too late and all the tickets were too expensive! AVOID this disorganised company...

Shows up false prices always The initial searched prizes are not available during the payment. Everytime the price keeps on changing. I tried for many destinations and for different flight and date combinations, everytime same thing repeats. Ctrip is just fooling the people to route to their website first and later forcing the ppl to buy for higher prices. Very cheap business tricks.
