Poor Poor service… We are currently having a terrible terrible experience with a trip. Booked a flight from Wuhan to Zimbabwe months in advance. A few days before the trip the flight got cancelled. We reached out to ctrip for assistance and they want additional money for a rebooking. Agent service are so poor when you ask to speak with the manager they refuse and tell you I’m giving you the best service according to our policy. When we inquired about a refund they want to deduct a significant portion from the money. Please please do not use this service. My brother is stuck in China currently and in all of this back and forth we are incurring money for accommodation and an extension of his visa. CTrip Reference number: 18013015533

This is the worst company ever and… This is the worst company ever and should literally shut down. Please do not use their services. They are swindlers, unhelpful and get away from offering real assistance by going back and forth with a client. My brother's flight from Wuhan to Shanghai was canceled last minute. He eas unable to connect to the rest of his trip. Now they want him to buy a ridiculously expensive ticket and will not give him the full refund. He is about to become an illegal migrant in China because of this. This happened on the 11th of July. Up to now, no solution. What an inconvenience. I strongly recommend that you ti not use Ctrip. Pathetic service.

Trying to book a BA ticket from London … Trying to book a BA ticket from London to Basel, Switzerland and when I go to do the payment details, it keeps saying payment card type is wrong when it isn't! I am paying with a visa debit card and it's telling me its the wrong type but why?!?! Can't book my ticket and after seeing all these reviews I feel put off. Sky scanner is a very trusted website and to be going through a 'secure booking' on sky scanner and it not being like that all because of Ctrip is making them look terrible.

Shows up false prices always The initial searched prizes are not available during the payment. Everytime the price keeps on changing. I tried for many destinations and for different flight and date combinations, everytime same thing repeats. Ctrip is just fooling the people to route to their website first and later forcing the ppl to buy for higher prices. Very cheap business tricks.

Complete disservice to both the customer and the airline partner Refused to handle travel credits request on a cancelled Singapore Airlines itinerary, or rather, CS kept pretending that the option did not exist (even when pointed to the corresponding terms on SQ's website). Forced to file for refund, which took over three months to process even though by all accounts SQ has been prompt with refunds to its customers. I say "disservice" to be kind. You can think of other words starting with "dis-" and which fit this situation.
