Booking Buddy.com is a scam!! Booking Buddy.com is a scam!!! This is the 2nd time I encountered the same problem. I booked on the website and got the booking confirmation, then a couple of days later the agent called & said that the pricing I had booked was no longer available and made me pay much higher price. They got ALL kinds of excuses… it looks like this company is located in India, not in the U.S. When they booked they changed ALL the names of my family members to Indian names and it was so hectic and time consuming to deal with the agents… very rude agents and hard ti understand their English….I am going to report this to Minnesota Business Bureau!!!

Bookingbuddy has a included a travel… Bookingbuddy has a included a travel website called journey masters which is a bait and switch scam. I am disappointed they did not vet this fraudulent operation before they allowed it on their website. Transcript of voicemail they left as soon as i had booked what i thought were super fares. Zero rating if I could Zero rating if I could, then I thought it was a scam. Picked out my dates and flights, no one confirmed my seats. When I finally reached someone after saying...is this a scam, they said those flights are over booked. I'm booking 3 months in advance. Soooo I canceled everything. And went with Priceline which is legit.

We will NEVER use Bookingbuddy again We will NEVER use Bookingbuddy again! We booked a hotel with them and then realized it was not the right one and changed it. We got a cancellation confirmation and we were never told anything else. The amount of the 1st room was then charged to our card. So we called and were told sorry- that was the cancellation fee. The whole $184.21 which we were going to pay for the room. They said it was too late- 5 minutes after booking and 3 days before going. They are horrible and horrible customer service. Go direct through airlines and hotels you get best rates and best costumer service. NEVER AGAIN!

Untrustworthy My review is from a few years ago . We used booking buddies .com to book an room in Barcelona which was advertised on their website as a five star rating . The flat which had several rooms which were rented out was awful We had to go up 8 flights of stairs which had big holes and broken concrete on it. The bathroom was filthy and worse had bare wires coming out of the wall in several places including in front of the shower . The bed was small and uncomfortable and had stains all over the bedding which just had a sheet on it. When we came back we contacted booking buddies but they never replied to our emails . We then posted a review about it you on their website for this particular room but it was never put it on their website ...they only put some five star ratings on there which clearly must've been put on there by the website themselves as it was the worst place I've ever stayed in. Don't use this website if you want good quality accommodation and honest reviews .
