Do Not Use This Company!!!Booking Buddy… Do Not Use This Company!!!Booking Buddy would not let me change my reservation in Frisco, TX to Frisco, Co. I understand they have a "No Cancellation" policy, but at least let me use the money towards a hotel in the town I am staying. It was an accident!! I called them immediately after it was booked. The customer service rep was rude and not from here. So, he didn't understand what I was explaining, then handed me over to someone else after being on hold for 9 minutes!!! Uuugh. This site seems like ir is not legit. They should be shut down!!!!!

UNTRUSTWORTHY!! We wanted to stay at a place that a friend had recommended, and when we went on line to make our reservations, Bookingbuddy came up as if Bookingbuddy handled the reservations. But Bookingbuddy showed that there was no vacancy there and steered us to another place. While we at the other hotel, we went to the place that our friends had recommended to check it out for our next trip, only to find out that they did have vacancies, and had better accommodations and at a better price. When we told them about Bookingbuddy, they said that they have never used their services, and never will now.

Terrible Customer Service This company is one you should stay away from. There are many that more reliable when it comes to honesty and integrity. They booked a hotel for me in Venice Florida instead of Venice California and refused to refund the money. I told the young rude agent on the phone that I was going to file a complaint with the BBB and he laughed at me. He said calling the BBB is old school, so who really cares. In the vein of this new school hi-tech venue, called the internet, I decided that more people would probably read my review this way.

Booking Buddy.com is a scam!! Booking Buddy.com is a scam!!! This is the 2nd time I encountered the same problem. I booked on the website and got the booking confirmation, then a couple of days later the agent called & said that the pricing I had booked was no longer available and made me pay much higher price. They got ALL kinds of excuses… it looks like this company is located in India, not in the U.S. When they booked they changed ALL the names of my family members to Indian names and it was so hectic and time consuming to deal with the agents… very rude agents and hard ti understand their English….I am going to report this to Minnesota Business Bureau!!!

Bookingbuddy has a included a travel… Bookingbuddy has a included a travel website called journey masters which is a bait and switch scam. I am disappointed they did not vet this fraudulent operation before they allowed it on their website. Transcript of voicemail they left as soon as i had booked what i thought were super fares.
