Bad experience Blood stained Pillows and Duvets (they do not care Bad experience Never accept thieir bedding as you never know what it hides. Our experience was Dirty Caravan and blood stained duvets and pillows. Although we had a cheap holiday with the Sun our feelings meant nothing and offered only the cost of the Holiday. Nothing for stress and wasted time. BE WARNED They just do not care as a company.

booked at southview in caravan decided… booked at southview in caravan decided to upgrade before we went thecaravan was not the one stated I.e a Sleaford van. we paid extra for this. on arrival the van seemed not to bad .however looking closer we found en suit bathroom had no plug in sink toilet brush broken and unusable floor filthy found childs soother on floor .in seating area found toys behind small fridge from previous occupants during our stay we found out why there was a small additional fridge in the van .On third day found all our food had gone off due to main fridge not working correctly it had to thrown away later that night at 3 30 am the alarm system went off security was called out to sort it .On inspection of other bathroom it was found there was not even a toilet brush at all to use We have use south view before but will not visit again after this experience On reading other reviews from other users PARKDEAN needs to take on board these comments very quickly

Do not buy a van from these! Whilst the park itself is fine, I would advise against buying a caravan with these. We were told lie after lie during the sales pitch. Really disappointed with their unprofessional manner. Customer service also leaves a lot to be desired once you’ve signed your life away. Avoid !

Avoid at all costs! Avoid at all costs!! Shocking customer service, only way to make contact is by using a contact on park resorts home page, with no link! No phone contacts /customer service at all, unless of course you want to buy, then there are lots of people. This company has gone downhill, no customer care, its all about the cash for Park Resorts, avoid!!

Nice to see thjat consitancy is in… Nice to see thjat consitancy is in their blood. 3 years later from my previous review they are still the same, taking what ever money they can without giving in return, turned our electric off and closed the site for 3 weeks and only gave us half off the 3 weeks was clsed, yet applied the credit after the deadline for paying following years pitch fees, so add it to your owners account so they get it back against bills so you dont get refunded for your loss,
