GBI haven't even had my holiday yet but… I haven't even had my holiday yet but due to the silence and ignorance coming from the so called customer relations team, I have decided not to risk even entering one of their holiday sites. All I wish to do is make an amendment and they can't be bothered to respond. I've cancelled my payment in the hope that this might get a response but no, not a whisper. All they are interested in is taking your deposit and offering absolutely no service.

GBOne to definitely avoid One to definitely avoid, they will disappoint if you try to book here. We booked well in advance to be told two days before arriving that they could not accommodate our motorhome due to the ground being wet on a grass pitch which is fair enough so they said we could go onto a hard standing pitch instead so all seemed OK. The next day we get a call from Lucy to say that the hard standing pitch was also now unsuitable bearing in mind that we are all packed up and kids excited to be going away, our 5 year old had packed the week prior and was super exited. The hard standing pitch apparently would need to be accessed by going over grass, new one on me but this also was now not an option. We then were offered a site caravan to use, not ideal but the family could still get to go away although not to our usual standard. This however was soon shattered by them stating it would not be on the days that we booked and requested we come whilst the kids were still at school. I said maybe we just turn up so that the manager could tell our children why they could not have a holiday and explain yet I was then to be accused of being threatening to which at no point did I threaten anyone and the recorded phone call has been requested in writing. Today I received an email from another manager Rhian Hughes who yet again slating me as an individual although I have not done anything wrong. My family deserves better then this and luckily we have friends on site at the moment who are going to take pictures of the park, I wonder if Alfred and Jason Jeffrey now how their staff are running the site but they are about to find out. Never in all the years of motorhoming have we come across such arrogance and rudeness and it will not be tolerated, plenty of parks around that are more professional run just a shame it’s too late to book anything at such short notice and my family have been left disappointed. In response to the reply please be aware that at no point did I become angry or rude which is why I have requested a copy of the call and together with emails and your reply here I will take legal action for deformation. My complaint concerning legal action was not about the pitch it was about your responses which including your reply here are simply not true and therefore people need to be warned and action taken to rectify your attitude

GBJust got bk from hayling island they… Just got bk from hayling island they advertise things that are not available. We also had prob with pool the outside pool woz closed even thou good weather but got told even if open children were not allowed also do not attempt the pool if u are disabled it's not worth the humiliation. I will never go bk also our caravan had fleas so it made for a great wk over priced and not worth it

GBBeen to 3 resorts but never again Been to 3 resorts Ty Mawr- got robbed on day 1 and then had to watch a massive brawl going on while security hid, in the end I had to intervene after they were fighting on my car. Plus lots of lower class people staying there! Whitley Bay- had to demand they moved us as the caravan was in a shocking state and was dangerous (2nd one was much better) Plus lots of lower class people staying there! Skipsea sands- much better resort, nice area but loads of lower class people staying there! So if you want to see kids getting bullied by trash or you want to hear lots of foul language and see abusive behaviour go to a park deans resort.... it seems to attract that sort of clientele!!!!

GBBarmston Beach- Parkdean resort Booked Caravan for 4 nights @barmston beach parkdean resort, on arrival was given the caravan that wasn’t booked to top it up reception and manager had no customer service, didn’t stay in the horrific smelly caravan left on the same day. Please avoid, better of setting a tent in your garden :). Advise to the park listen to what your customers needs and not to be so arrogant and show no respect to others.
