GBGreat caravan site (Camber Sands) shame … Great caravan site (Camber Sands) shame about the dog waste (poo) . There were dogs, not on leads and therefore against the park regulations, roaming the caravan site and shitting anywhere they fancied. This is not acceptable. After 4 working days I am still waiting for a response from this company. Don't book if you have small children. It's not safe. Grandmother, 2 kids - 5 and 7

GBbooked at southview in caravan decided… booked at southview in caravan decided to upgrade before we went thecaravan was not the one stated I.e a Sleaford van. we paid extra for this. on arrival the van seemed not to bad .however looking closer we found en suit bathroom had no plug in sink toilet brush broken and unusable floor filthy found childs soother on floor .in seating area found toys behind small fridge from previous occupants during our stay we found out why there was a small additional fridge in the van .On third day found all our food had gone off due to main fridge not working correctly it had to thrown away later that night at 3 30 am the alarm system went off security was called out to sort it .On inspection of other bathroom it was found there was not even a toilet brush at all to use We have use south view before but will not visit again after this experience On reading other reviews from other users PARKDEAN needs to take on board these comments very quickly

GBAs an owner I would strongly recommend… As an owner I would strongly recommend not spending your money buying from this unscrupulous company. Their sales staff blatantly lie to get a sale, they fraudulently charge for "extras" they don't provide. They use finance companies that obviously don't scrutinize contracts and don't practice Responsible lending ..,.Buy bricks and mortar it's alot more risk free.

GBAvoid Highfield grange resort at all… Avoid Highfield grange resort at all costs. I arrived on Friday 30th June and on 1st July woke up to bed bugs all over the bed, blood splatter everywhere. I went to reception at 9 am, and the young lady rang the accommodation team after I showed her photos, they t9ld her they can't move us incase we take them into another van, that we would need to go home and that she would need to log the complaint. I've heard nothing. I spoke with someone on the online chat, sent photos of their pet bed bugs and my body photos coveted in bites, aga8n told my refund would take 5 to 7 days, I've still heard nothing. I drove 2 hours home to sit at a laundrette for 2 hours to wash all clothing as I didn't fancy risking my house with Highfield granges pets. Ive wasted t8me and money, fuel etc and today on the online chat I was told the park has marked my complaint as resolved. What a joke. I want my weekend refunded and all other expenses compensated. Further to my correspondence which I had to leave reviews, posts on their fb and message the ceo feedback, the park have still had no contact with myself and through fb messenger have offered to partially refund me and wanting to charge me for my first nights stay with bed bugs.

GBavoid and insurance is a rip off too... dont go near. avoid, we booked a holiday and paid insurance incase of this not working out due to cronovirus. we ask for an extention of 7 days to pay the final payment.. they refused say we had to cancel ..so we did the told we have lost all out payments and offered m a 5 pound refund.. disgusting service. we explain our situation and that we had tried to sort the holiday for our disabled son ASD. they refused to help or allow us 7 days to complete our payments.. they simply stole our paid money and with a low income that hurts, I ask how they calculate our refund as we were insured against cancelation.. reply was I use a calculator.. I also asked for a transcription of the web chat.. still not arrived and they are even emailing us to pay the rest...
