CADon't be fooled by the price, it's misleading We booked our girls weekend in Montreal through Jetsetter and the pricing included our local taxes and federal taxes specific to Canada and our Province. We assumed that we would be charged in Canadian dollars given the country and provincial taxes were displayed. I looked through their terms and conditions to ensure that it would be in Canadian dollars and no where on the site does is specify a currency. So we booked out hotel and were charged in US dollars which increased our price for 2 rooms by 300.00. I find this very misleading and the prices should clearly be stated as US dollars or all charges displayed as your local currency will be charged in US dollars. No where on their site does it state this so we are really disappointed and none of us will use this site again. I called the number and they basically told me you're SOL. Great customer service...NOT!!

GBBuyer beware! Poor quality vacation packages, poor value for money, and promises not kept! I just returned from the Greek Island Hopping trip that I purchased from JetSetter, and was very disappointed. 1) The package was supposed to include a day in Athens for site-seeing, but that was not possible because they scheduled me to get in very late, and then leave very early the next day. So disappointing!!!! 2) Also, my package was supposed to include free breakfasts all days, and I could not get those on two days because of my scheduled pick-up times being too early in the morning. 3) Communication was horrible. They never answered emails re: questions, and during the trip, we often didn't know who was going to pick us up for the next leg of the trip, or even when our pick-up time was. 4) the hotels they booked for us were very mediocre, and the rooms we were assigned were the lower quality rooms at each hotel. 5) After pricing out everything, I found that I would have saved about $1,000 if I had booked the exact same trip myself, instead of using Jetsetter! 6) They booked me on a flight from Chicago to Athens that had a layover in Istanbul, when there were plenty of similarly priced flights that flew direct. The whole trip was just poorly organized, poorly planned, mediocre, and not a good value. I will never use them again.

GBJetsetter is an ok source for travel information. Jetsetter is not as user friendly as expedia.com and travelocity.com. Jetsetter is primarily a source for upscale hotels in the most popular destinations. I would use Jetsetter more if they offered a larger number of travel services.

GBAvoid them! I booked a room in Radisson Manchester through their web-site 2 months before I traveled, they charged me right away for the stay. In the hotel check -out I was charged again as Jetsetter never sent them my payment! The hotel is still trying to contact them- no reply. They never answer the phone or my emails neither. I wonder if I can get my money back! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

GBNot a travel agent Please be aware that this company buys discount bulk rates from hotels and makes money by charging you full price. They made $120 off of our 2-night hotel stay. You are better off booking directly!
