Horrible Company! Worst experience ever booking a hotel on JetSetter! As soon as I booked the hotel, I realized that the same hotel, much better room was available at the hotels site directly at a much cheaper rate. I tried to call JetSetter but their automated message stated that they work only form 10am - 06pm EST. The booking has to be cancelled before midnight becasue JetSetters policy stated that anything after midnight will incur one days cancellation fees. I emailed JetSetter and no luck. i called the hotel directly and they said since this room was booked using JetSetter, I could make modifications only through Jet Setter. The next day JetSetter responds that they cant do anything about the toom and cant modify and cant cancel. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING THROUGH JETSETTER!! PATHETIC SERVICE AND EVEN MORE PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE!

We were scammed!! We were, also, scammed!!! Has anyone been able to talk to anyone at Jetsetters or has anyone received a refund? Has any one pursued any legal action?

We bought into jetsetters in May- SCAM We bought into jetsetters in May, 2019. Went to use membership recently and could not get anybody to answer phone. Looks like they packed up and left us holding the bag of Uknow what. May have to go to attorneys for class action suit. Total SCAM!

Poor customer service; reneged on credit for a bad hotel experience. Jetsetter advertised a bed and breakfast Inn in North Carolina and they were informed that we had an awful experience with that particular trip. While on that trip we encountered a sales pitch for a weight-loss program the entire time while we were supposed to be on vacation for rest and relaxation. Jetsetter gave us a credit for the trip and they are saying now the credit has expired and we cannot use. They never informed us that there was an expiration date. They make up their own rules as they go and are untrustworthy.

Not a travel agent Please be aware that this company buys discount bulk rates from hotels and makes money by charging you full price. They made $120 off of our 2-night hotel stay. You are better off booking directly!
