SCAM We joined Jetsetters after going to one of there presentations. It sounded good and so we tried using their service. After telling them to get info for a trip to the UK, we never heard from the rep again after two months. We called and still received no answer. In the meantime, we lost a great opportunity with Costco Travel. So we are out $5664 for membership which they have refused to refund. They are a big scam! Stay away!

We were scammed!! We were, also, scammed!!! Has anyone been able to talk to anyone at Jetsetters or has anyone received a refund? Has any one pursued any legal action?

Avoid them! I booked a room in Radisson Manchester through their web-site 2 months before I traveled, they charged me right away for the stay. In the hotel check -out I was charged again as Jetsetter never sent them my payment! The hotel is still trying to contact them- no reply. They never answer the phone or my emails neither. I wonder if I can get my money back! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

the concept of Jetsetter is great but … We were booked on a honeymoon trip to Greece and chose a lovely hotel via jetsetter. We decided to go with their deal due to the special perks included ie. free bottle of wine, hamper, welcome drinks, % off any hotel bought food etc. The concept is great and booking process was easy however turned out that jetsetter then booked us via Expedia and the hotel had received none of the jetsetter information or included perks that we were told we would receive. It just came through to them as an Expedia booking and we weren't offered any of the items we were promised, even after we showed them our jetsetter papers as the bookings didn't match up and then the hotel got frustrated at us. I feel that it was a bit of a scam - It didn't ruin the trip but it was a let down.. just book via Expedia next time and don't be expecting any perks!

Not a service company I am very dissatisfied with my first (and now only) experience with Jetsetter. I booked a hotel in New York though them for two nights at $249/night (without taxes and fees). When we arrived, a basic room was $214 and the next level up was $245 (as well as more expensive rooms). Despite having paid more, we were given the basic room since we had purchased “run of the house” from Jetsetter. Since Jetsetter acted as an intermediary between me and the hotel, I would have assumed they would also advocate for me. I assumed that the hotel would have knowledge of our higher payment and would offer us a equitable room. I assumed that Jetsetter, when this was brought to their attention, would have acknowledged the issue and worked with me to remediate it. It’s my fault - I assumed too much. That’s why I’ll book directly with a hotel or use a more customer focused service in the future - not Jetsetter. UPDATE after their reply Their public reply at this site does not match our previous correspondence. I've written to the new contact but assume nothing. Again, I was won't book with this company because my expectations are apparently unrealistic for this vendor.
