NLMisleading offer Today we made à reservation for hotel crocks in Jacco (Costa rica). We reservaten for 4 personen 1 room for à price of uss 363. After we paid, we recieved à confirmation in which was mentioned that we had to pay an additionele fee of uss 90 per night for THE third and fourth person. We immediatly sent an email to jetsetters to cancel THE reservation because THE additional fee was nog mentioned during THE reservation. We recieved an answer that à cancelation is not possible and we are forced to pay THE additional fee. This organisation is Misleading its customers.

GBWe bought into jetsetters in May- SCAM We bought into jetsetters in May, 2019. Went to use membership recently and could not get anybody to answer phone. Looks like they packed up and left us holding the bag of Uknow what. May have to go to attorneys for class action suit. Total SCAM!

CADon't be fooled by the price, it's misleading We booked our girls weekend in Montreal through Jetsetter and the pricing included our local taxes and federal taxes specific to Canada and our Province. We assumed that we would be charged in Canadian dollars given the country and provincial taxes were displayed. I looked through their terms and conditions to ensure that it would be in Canadian dollars and no where on the site does is specify a currency. So we booked out hotel and were charged in US dollars which increased our price for 2 rooms by 300.00. I find this very misleading and the prices should clearly be stated as US dollars or all charges displayed as your local currency will be charged in US dollars. No where on their site does it state this so we are really disappointed and none of us will use this site again. I called the number and they basically told me you're SOL. Great customer service...NOT!!

GBOne star only because....... Awarding one star was the only option available to post a review, otherwise no stars would be my choice. Jetsetter is not available over the weekend and evening hours should you need to reach them. In my case Jetsetter did not update a travel date with our hotel as assured over the phone. When we arrived at our hotel we had no reservation on record and Jetsetter was not available to address this issue. We made these plans through Trip Advisor initially and learned the hard (and expensive) way that they then facilitate through Jetsetter. Neither one will take responsibility or remediate but rather pass off a problem to the other in a loop. Neither Trip Advisor or Jetsetter intermediates with the hotel on our behalf and since my credit card was charged the day of booking and the bill has long since been paid I have no means to dispute the charge . I will not be using Trip Advisor or Jetsetter for any of my future trips. - Kim Tyssowski

GBPoor customer service; reneged on credit for a bad hotel experience. Jetsetter advertised a bed and breakfast Inn in North Carolina and they were informed that we had an awful experience with that particular trip. While on that trip we encountered a sales pitch for a weight-loss program the entire time while we were supposed to be on vacation for rest and relaxation. Jetsetter gave us a credit for the trip and they are saying now the credit has expired and we cannot use. They never informed us that there was an expiration date. They make up their own rules as they go and are untrustworthy.
