Waste of time, avoid at all costs Also known as getaroom.com, they took a booking for a hotel which we had to attend a wedding at.They took full payment by card, sent confirmation email that the reservation was made, then 15 DAYS LATER I received an email to say that our 3 Star rated hotel was fully booked but they could put us in another, Unrated, hotel 9 MILES AWAY, AT NO EXTRA COST! Weekend ruined, cancelled and now waiting to see if I ever get my money back. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS

• We booked a room at the Delta Hotels… • We booked a room at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Edmonton Centre Suites for the Roger Waters concert. When the concert was cancelled (due to COVID) both Delta and Reservations told us "too bad". Use the room for the day you booked. No refund, no credit, just triple the regular room rate due to it being a concert day. Delta pocketed $434 for one night and Hotel Reservations.com pocketed their fee. • We travel a lot so going forward, I will never book through Hotel Reservations.com. I have cut up my Marriott rewards card and plan to never stay at one of their hotels again.

Don't Be Fooled... These People Are Fraudulent: The True Meaning Of BAIT AND SWITCH. Total Liars That Make You Believe You Are Working WithThe Actual Hotel But In reality They Book The Room With Exspedia And Charge You 70.00 Extra. This Company Is A Third Party Trying To Get Your Money By Any Means Necessary And Really They Should Be Ashamed Of Themselves. I Tried To Cancel My Reservation In The Time Frame Allowed To Me And Well You Guessed It They Said It Was To Late. Note: Please Do Not Book With These People Save Yourself Aggravation And Irritation. Avoid At All Costs It's Absolutely "FRAUD" Never Will Happen To Me Again!!!

I would give them zero stars if it was an option Quite simply the most disorganized travel agency we've ever used. Had to use the American Express dispute system to force the refund that they'we committed to in writing a month prior (and it took my wife multiple attempts and several hours to get that in writing). They are not malicious, but if you treasure your time, contract somewhere else.

email went to junk mail at hotmail I have yet received an email confirmation!. Also, luckily I printed out this page even though there was no indication to do so. The printed version was just this page with all the misc stuff also. Reservation making procedure great. RECEIVED EMAIL BUT WENT TO JUNK MAIL. SORRY, DISREGARD PREVIOUS COMMENT
