Rip Off Rip Off! - I made reservations through them for a room for my daughter traveling across country. The room was disgusting & not clean (not this company's fault) and she went to another hotel. However, when I called for a refund the rep argued with me including telling me that I needed to get my refund from the hotel. HotelReservations charged me, they needed to refund me! After a long hold they finally refunded my hotel room but I've discovered that they kept there $15 fee. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Was promised a refund because of the… Was promised a refund because of the riot in Atlanta. The hotel I booked made me and my family leave at 12:00am because they could not protect us or promise we would be safe. Called this terrible site to confirm my refund and they are giving me a run around. This was a terrible experience my family had to go through and this site should be more understanding. Especially with with everything going on.

Waste of time, avoid at all costs Also known as getaroom.com, they took a booking for a hotel which we had to attend a wedding at.They took full payment by card, sent confirmation email that the reservation was made, then 15 DAYS LATER I received an email to say that our 3 Star rated hotel was fully booked but they could put us in another, Unrated, hotel 9 MILES AWAY, AT NO EXTRA COST! Weekend ruined, cancelled and now waiting to see if I ever get my money back. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS

thought I had cancelled my reservation only to fine out!!! thought I had cancelled my reservation on their website only to find out later it was not cancelled. They referred us to hotel to try to cancel remaining nights and hotel told us they could not do it since it was a block reservation made by reservations.com. Catch 22. Conveniently on their part, I never did receive a confirmation of my cancellation. Disputing with my CC company but will likely loose since they have paperwork on my original reservation. Expedia should be ashamed to have a subsidary sham company.

DO NOT USE!!! Booked wrong hotel, charged $62 over reservation, never sent email confirmation, could not be reached to resolve, contact had little command of the English language, hotel refused to give me a receipt. Fortunately, I have USAA bank so they reversed the charges...now they can chase me down to collect the right charges. USE this site at great risk!
