USDO NOT USE!!! Booked wrong hotel, charged $62 over reservation, never sent email confirmation, could not be reached to resolve, contact had little command of the English language, hotel refused to give me a receipt. Fortunately, I have USAA bank so they reversed the charges...now they can chase me down to collect the right charges. USE this site at great risk!

USI would give them zero stars if it was an option Quite simply the most disorganized travel agency we've ever used. Had to use the American Express dispute system to force the refund that they'we committed to in writing a month prior (and it took my wife multiple attempts and several hours to get that in writing). They are not malicious, but if you treasure your time, contract somewhere else.

CADeception Live in Canada, went to website of a Canadian hotel. Booked reservation and did not read the fine print on the checkout page. Received confirmation email from reservations.com with the rate in USD. After returning home, discovered USD14.99 "booking fee" on my credit card statement. Called reservations.com and told that booking fee is on the checkout page and could not be refunded, even though no mention of booking fee USD14.99 on the confirmation email. First, deception in disguising as hotel website, Second, deception in fine print booking fee. I shall hotel direct in future. Booking online is a minefield of EXTRA and HIDDEN charges. Hope this helps others avoid the extra costs/frustration I experienced.

GBWaste of time, avoid at all costs Also known as getaroom.com, they took a booking for a hotel which we had to attend a wedding at.They took full payment by card, sent confirmation email that the reservation was made, then 15 DAYS LATER I received an email to say that our 3 Star rated hotel was fully booked but they could put us in another, Unrated, hotel 9 MILES AWAY, AT NO EXTRA COST! Weekend ruined, cancelled and now waiting to see if I ever get my money back. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS

USemail went to junk mail at hotmail I have yet received an email confirmation!. Also, luckily I printed out this page even though there was no indication to do so. The printed version was just this page with all the misc stuff also. Reservation making procedure great. RECEIVED EMAIL BUT WENT TO JUNK MAIL. SORRY, DISREGARD PREVIOUS COMMENT
