CA• We booked a room at the Delta Hotels… • We booked a room at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Edmonton Centre Suites for the Roger Waters concert. When the concert was cancelled (due to COVID) both Delta and Reservations told us "too bad". Use the room for the day you booked. No refund, no credit, just triple the regular room rate due to it being a concert day. Delta pocketed $434 for one night and Hotel Reservations.com pocketed their fee. • We travel a lot so going forward, I will never book through Hotel Reservations.com. I have cut up my Marriott rewards card and plan to never stay at one of their hotels again.

CAWish I would have read the small print Wish I would have read the small print. Thought I was booking directly with the Canadian hotel. I was quoted 140 CAD per night plus taxes, which was the hotels direct booking rate. It turned out the quoted rate was in USD and I was charged an extra 40 USD for God knows what. Very disappointed and I will go out of my way to avoid this company in the future.

GBWaste of time, avoid at all costs Also known as getaroom.com, they took a booking for a hotel which we had to attend a wedding at.They took full payment by card, sent confirmation email that the reservation was made, then 15 DAYS LATER I received an email to say that our 3 Star rated hotel was fully booked but they could put us in another, Unrated, hotel 9 MILES AWAY, AT NO EXTRA COST! Weekend ruined, cancelled and now waiting to see if I ever get my money back. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS

GBWas promised a refund because of the… Was promised a refund because of the riot in Atlanta. The hotel I booked made me and my family leave at 12:00am because they could not protect us or promise we would be safe. Called this terrible site to confirm my refund and they are giving me a run around. This was a terrible experience my family had to go through and this site should be more understanding. Especially with with everything going on.

GBI would give them zero stars if it was an option Quite simply the most disorganized travel agency we've ever used. Had to use the American Express dispute system to force the refund that they'we committed to in writing a month prior (and it took my wife multiple attempts and several hours to get that in writing). They are not malicious, but if you treasure your time, contract somewhere else.
