I was charged on my card 505 dollars for room and when I checked in the price was actually only 258 dollars. I have been trying to get a refund for over a week and can not get anyone to return my calls or email

The hotel I booked made me and my family leave at 12:00am because they could not protect us or promise we would be safe. Called this terrible site to confirm my refund and they are giving me a run around. This was a terrible experience my family had to go through and this site should be more understanding. Especially with with everything going on.

No Refund policy I booked a reservation through Hotel Reservations by accident. The reservation was for a year in advance. They charged my account before I got their confirmation. They have a non-refundable policy. And now, if we need to cancel for any reason, they will not only get their fee but also the hotel charge. Don't get caught In their scam. Make sure you will not need to cancel if you use them.

Wish I would have read the small print Wish I would have read the small print. Thought I was booking directly with the Canadian hotel. I was quoted 140 CAD per night plus taxes, which was the hotels direct booking rate. It turned out the quoted rate was in USD and I was charged an extra 40 USD for God knows what. Very disappointed and I will go out of my way to avoid this company in the future.

There was no invoice or explanation for the additional charges. The charge for the hotel room booking was separate and agreed to. Both charges appeared on my credit card prior to checking into the hotel. I'm disputing the charge and taking this to media.
